My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Does not honor product or work. Claims to stand behind vendors but Stands behind by claiming everything is Defects. Refuse to Refund despite windows damaged and not funtionioing properly from day 1.

Everybody from Jeff Alexander right down to the last person on the crew were very respectful. The crew never left a mess, every day they cleaned up. Every morning work started on time and they left on time with no surprises. I will use Alexander for all my window needs.

Alexander Company installed 4 windows in our home on 6.2.17. The whole process from getting a quote to installation was effortless. The crew (Numas) that installed our new windows was really kind and respectful of our space and my time. They left my house very clean and the windows look fantastic. I would definitely hire them again. 8/27/17: A few months later and I have had some difficulty with a couple of the windows latching. It's not been easy communicating with Alexander Company so downgrading to 3 to reflect below average customer service.

If you want Your Windows installed by the BEST call Alexander Windows. They are professional and on time. Walter their estimator is nice and takes the time to listen and explain what windows he has to offer for your needs. Rose in the office is polite and follows up on your order to schedule your appointment when windows show up. They have now completed all my windows in my house over the last 5 years. I did a few at a time and Everything is great !!!

Alexander Window and Doors are great guys. Competitively priced. Very thorough in the pre-installation inspection. They were very complete in explaining the options available and brought to my attention things I had not considered. Pre-installation service was very professional and there was no pressure to commit. The installation crew was prompt, arrived on time, courteous and completed the work in a timely manner, keeping to their time commitment. The workmanship was excellent and they thoroughly cleaned up afterward.
