Vintage Lumber offers a proprietary line of antique reclaimed flooring, known as The Vintage Collection. This collection is precisely remilled from old boards and beams in the largest variety of species, grades, and sizes you will find anywhere. There are those within the flooring industry that sell flooring manufactured from new lumber, which has been hand distressed or color enhanced under the tagline of antique flooring. To go one step further, there are some companies that use the term vintage in their company name that have never seen the inside of a dismantled building. They had what I needed in stock (Random width cherry flooring - hard to find any flooring now a days!) I'm a homeowner without a ton of experience working with these kinds of materials. Alex and his team at Vintage Lumber were extremely patient, friendly and helpful in explaining my options. He gave good advice about installation and treatments. The product he provided (Whiskey Springs Oak floor) was exactly what I wanted, and gave our place a unique and irreplaceable quality. He worked with us to provide quick delivery, and had what we wanted in stock, which was very unusual. Very, very happy we found him. Thank you!

No exaggerations, despite the glowing adjectives that follow... Alex was knowledgeable, patient, good-natured, reasonable, flexible and dependable. His display area is relaxed and well laid out. We had a fantastic experience finding a budget friendly flooring solution for our entire home. Beautiful Ash wood, full of character, and in varying widths. It turned out to be the character and quality that exactly met our needs.

I have been a professional hardwood flooring contractor since 1992. Time and again I return to Vintage Lumber. Alex is first class in his knowledge of the products he sells and always provides caring service. The quality of the products are, in my opinion, some of if not the best in the industry. The milling of the flooring is so good that it simplifies the installation and makes my job much more enjoyable. Anyone looking for rustic or reclaimed wood flooring would be doing themselves a disservice if they did not go to Vintage Lumber.

We used Vintage Lumber Co. For a large remodel project in Potomac,MD They were excellent! We used Whiskey Spring barn wood flooring. It is the first thing people comment on when they walk in the house. ! Vintage Lumber Co. has a large selection of flooring to choose from, and were a pleasure to work with during installation! Would highly recommend them..
