We had a unknown slow water leak beneath a bathtub in an upper bathroom in our 110yr old house that also caused damage in the lower bathroom. The repairs required gutting the upper bathroom and part of the lower one. New supporting beams needed to be placed with the rebuild of the bathrooms. Manuel and his team did an excellent job for us: all the carpentry, plumbing, tile work, installing fixtures, new floors, painting. The workers were on time, welcomed questions and left the job area clean and organized at the end of each day. We would definitely hire his company again.

Manuel was a great contractor for our large home remodel. From the initial quote until completion he was accurate and even completed early. The work included removing a load bearing wall, adding large new sliders, 3 bathrooms, a full kitchen installation, walls and flooring. He and his team were great partners and were able to make minor adjustments on the fly. The same crew was at our home throughout the entire project. I would highly recommend.

Excellent work done by a reliable, trustworthy, abs knowledgeable crew. AMS was incredibly responsive to my efforts to mitigate damages from a rodent infestation and also helped me guard against future ones. The work involved a wide range of tasks : sealed holes in and around pipes; replaced contaminated insulation in ceiling (with an even better noise-reducing variety); caulked along the floor line,; created a functional wall by insulating it and putting up drywall; and also re-insulating the furnace vents. The jobs were done meticulously and with care throughout. The crew knew their craft and offered ideas to consider in real time as the work was being done , which a novice and very inexperienced DIY- type like me very much appreciated. Highly recommended and AMS Acropolis will be the first I call for future projects at my house.

AMS relocated my kitchen, installed hardwood floors, installed A/C, and upgraded my windows and sliding doors. The work was high quality. I especially enjoy the wood floors which have no creaks or soft spots. Counters and cabinets were installed well. AMS did a great job assisting me with picking out materials and designing the kitchen to fit the space. All the work has held up a year and half after the build out. You can tell AMS has passion in their work and really care about the finished product. We referred them to several friends who then also referred them to other friends. All satisfied.

Our project was floor replacement for a large storage shed. Also, we had to replace the door, fix holes in a sidewall, and fix-up one of the windows. Manuel and his team completed this project ahead of schedule! We both had to adjust our schedules, but I'm very happy we finished before the winter rains came. What stands out is the quality of the work, and the level of professionalism of Manuel and his crew. He broke down every step of the process in terms of assessment, construction schedule, and pay structure. I would absolutely work with them again.

Full exterior renovation with new windows si

AMS completed a full exterior renovation on our home, with new windows, siding, paint, and insulation. The quality of work, professionalism, and communication was excellent! The foreman Manuel was detail oriented, knowledgable, and experienced. I will absolutely be using them in the future for all of our construction projects.
