Anchor Blinds

I had provided a description of what I was looking for over the phone. Wyman came prepared with options and talked me through the pros and cons. He took the measurements right then. The blinds came in very quickly, and he installed them soon after. They are working fine. In short, it was expertly done and seamlessly.

This was our third time getting blinds with Anchor blinds over 10 years. Their customer service is fantastic and a huge reason we keep coming back. They have great options too.

He measured all the windows and gave me a quote before he left. I was thinking I should have started this process before the start of summer but Wyman made the process quick and painless, and we had our blinds up within a few weeks (blinds arrived sooner than anticipated), enabling us to keep our home cool in the worst of the summer heat. We were blown away by our experience with Anchor Blinds. From start to finish they were nothing but consummate professionals. Wyman and the team first did a consult where they came to our home and spent a couple of hours measuring everything, discussing options and colors with us, and giving us a quote right then and there for the total costs. Over the next couple of weeks, they worked with us to adjust things based on our particular needs (blackout curtains in some locations, bidirectional blinds in others, etc. etc.). They were incredibly responsive and considerate, always supplying a great amount of information and advice, without ever being brusque, impatient or high pressure on anything. When it came to installation, it was one of the smoothest things ever. Nearly 20 different blinds (all of varying sizes and shapes and capabilities) were installed *perfectly* in every location. We were amazed by the precision tolerances here. Every blind is *perfectly* centered in the sill, with precise and even gaps everywhere. At all times, everyone we worked with was incredibly professional, considerate and efficient. We absolutely love our new blinds, and will definitely come back to Anchor Blinds for any future projects we have.

From the initial contact with Armi, to the in person consultation and her knowledge of the product to the installation and education by the installers, it was seamless. The quality of the product is FANTASTIC and the quality of customer service was amazing. I used another company in prior years and when I had a problem, I was sent the part with a link to a youtube video and they were not inexpensive blinds. I have been assured that this will not happen with Anchor Blinds. Don't even bother talking to other companies. Anchor are the best!!

Very efficient service from measuring to installation. blinds arrived 3 weeks early. Better quality blinds for the price than national chain. We are very happy and plan to get more blinds for our house from Anchor.

We have 4 large corner windows that needed blinds and they were covered in bedsheets for way too long while I was waiting to finish measuring and picking out which blinds I wanted to order. After months passed, I decided to call in help and see how much it would cost to get blinds installed. Armi, with Anchor Blinds was out within a few days measuring and guiding me through the whole process. Her guidance was very helpful for navigating our needs - from style and color to features. And, the quote ended up coming back at nearly the same price that the DIY blinds were going to run. Once the blinds arrived the install team had them in within less than an hour.
