Before establishing Andrea Fleischman Architecture in 2014, Andrea was an Architectural Designer working in a variety of building types from single family homes, condominiums, adaptive re-use, recording studios, offices, and restaurants with firms in New York City, Los Angeles and San Francisco. Andrea Fleischman Architecture's current work focuses on custom residential homes, additions, and renovations. Current projects include both contemporary solutions and the sensitive restoration and adaptation of historic properties. Sustainable design strategies are integral to the design process. The firm's design rigor combined with construction management experience come together to create a distinctive design process and end product that are intellectually, aesthetically, as well as financially informed.
