Angela Wells Interior Design

Horrible experience. We signed a contract with Angel in August of 2020 to help us redecorate our Indian Wells property. I liked her style from Instagram, and so we met with her. She was responsive about up until the point that we paid her, and then made little effort at all to understand our needs or communicate with us. It took her 2 whole months to make some selections for a bed, end tables, and art work for our master bedroom, and only because I had been asking for updates due to complete lack of communication. In October, I texted her to say that we would like to terminate the contract because she had barely fulfilled her contractual duties after 3 months. She insisted that even though she hadn't completed the designs for our home, that we STILL owed her the full design fee. And for months thereafter she failed to communicate when our furniture was expected to be delivered. Aside from lack of results and communication, she is woefully unprofessional. She blocked both me and my fiancé on Instagram, though we have been nothing but professional (if not understandably agitated...). And when my fiancé called her to ask that she deliver our furniture that had been sitting in her warehouse, she cursed at him and hung up on him. If she responds she will feign that we were somehow threatening and had unreasonable expectations. I have receipts showing the contrary.... we simply wanted communication, results, and professionalism. We were understanding that things take longer amidst a pandemic. Ironically... we ordered some pieces without using her, and they got to our home way before any pieces that she ordered for us. Perhaps she is more communicative, professional, and organized with larger, more lucrative projects.

Angela is a gem! She worked with us on a top-to-bottom remodel of our desert contemporary 3-BR home, including kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, furnishings and accessories. She’s very creative and has a brilliant design aesthetic that perfectly interpreted the vision that I had for our home. Her process is organized and professional, which was especially important to us as we were out of state during a large portion of our project. She worked closely with our builder during all phases and ensured that everything was completed according to her high standards. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Angela and look forward to working with her on future projects!

Angela Wells is an exceptional Interior Designer with a wonderful ability to interpret a client's wishlist and come up with a unique design that exceeds expectations! We have had the pleasure of working with Angela for the past two years throughout the design, construction and interior finishing of our new Desert Contemporary house. Angela worked closely with the Architect and our Builder to ensure design concepts were beautifully executed within an acceptable budget. Angela put her heart and soul into designing each room and in selecting finishes and furniture. Ms. Wells has done complete and total interior design work for me on two new homes in Indian Wells, Ca.. Each project required her input from design stage with architects all the way through exterior/interior color pallets , lighting , built ins, custom furniture design, art selection through to accessories! The resultant homes have been judged by many as "outstanding" and "unbelievable"!

Angela Wells is a talented designer with a good eye for what is in style today. I have hired Angela to remodel my home and have recommended her to my RE sales clients. Her work has a elegant and classy feel and everything flows seamlessly throughout the home. She is comfortable working on a Multi Million dollar home as well as a moderately priced home. She worked within the budget we had for our home remodel and delivered in a timely manner. I have already recommended Angela to our friends and would not hesitate to do it again. She is a star in the interior design industry.

We contacted Angela Wells through Houzz.com. We were in the process of re-designing our living room and had several meetings with Angela and her Contractor regarding this project. We signed a contract with Angela and had her draw a design for the replacement of our living room wall which included the Fireplace. Her contractor Foxx Company bid the job which we accepted. After the drawing was done we could never get Angela to contact us regarding finish selections. Her construction company helped us select the fireplace, pull permits and select tile. We had a commitment from them to start the job the first week in November. Unfortunately, they completely dropped the ball and did not follow through. After all this work they told us on November 5th that they could not do the work until after the first of the year. We never did hear from Angela. Needless to say we are moving on and have dissolved our relationship with Angela and her build team.

In 2008 Angela Wells designed each room in our 1100 square foot vacation rental. We gave her ideas of the style we wanted which was a mixture of desert Southwest & contemporary. She found wall colors, furnishings and accent pieces that were exactly to our taste. The furnishings were reasonably priced, along with being classy and comfortable. She redesigned the bathroom sink area by texturing the walls and cabinets, adding granite counter top, copper sink and large framed mirror which transformed the space. She took an unfurnished home with bland white walls and created a warm inviting space with desert colors and accents. After 6 years we are still enjoying every part of our wonderful home. We wholeheartedly recommend Angela Wells for your interior design needs.
