Antonino Treu, Architect

We interviewed several architects and I am SO happy we chose Tony. We are on the downhill slide to the end of our 15 month renovation of a 1942 Florida home. We spent close to a year working on the design and subsequent plans. My husband and I have different tastes and he managed to meld them into a delightfully beautiful and unusual home. He is super amiable and easy to work with on what is a very complex and challenging project. Tony has never disparaged any suggestions, instead he carefully clarified why perhaps they weren’t the best idea. Whenever this occurred, he would inevitably come up with a better design than what we had envisioned!

Antonino is so wonderful to work with...he has a brilliant design sense & always takes time to work with his clients to explore all options (even crazy options) to make sure their needs are met. I've worked with him on 2 projects already and I'm sure I'll be working with him on additional projects soon!

Tony has the amazing quality of asking the right questions to really understand what you want and comes up with an amazing design that delivers everything you asked for but with a "wow" factor! His customer service is parallel to his knowledge and talent. We are on our 3rd project now and can't wait to see our drawings. It is rare to find someone in this industry that you can rely on as well as recommend, without any hesitation. Any project we do will be with Antonino Treu!

I interviewed 6 architects before hiring Antonino to design a complete gut rehab of an original 1950's Florida home. Two small additions were added to the house during this transformation. It was a lengthy process and we had some challenges with the construction company, as one always does, but throughout it all Antonino was a true professional. Calm and collected but he always demands and expects the best in the construction of his design. However, he is also flexible to consider alternative ideas. Our collaboration on this project resulted in a truly remarkable end result. It is important to note that Antonino's drawings rarely have any comments during the permitting process which speaks volumes for the respect he has from City officials. My advice is that if you are considering Antonio Treu for your project, HIRE him Immediately!

It doesn't get any better. Antonio can design amazing houses. I know, I have build some of them for him. I also designed two of my own custom home.

It was an overall very pleasant experience working with Antonino from start to finish. He is very knowledgeable about local codes and requirements so the city approval process was a breeze. Quick response and turn around. Highly recommended for small remodel projects to large new constructions.
