Ellen helped with our kitchen reno design, and we are so happy with the results. She is very creative, full of great ideas (from bigger picture to handling quirky spots given our pre-war home), and very responsive and patient with all the back and forth and changes. It used to be a dark alley kitchen, and now our open kitchen really brought all the energy flow of the entire living space together.

Ellen is not only fun to work with, she is very talented. From the initial meeting she was friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in understanding the modest changes I wanted for my 2 bedroom Manhattan apartment. You know how in life there are people who just "get it?" Ellen is one of those rare individuals! She listened very carefully and brought my thoughts to life with paint, lighting, and furniture. Ellen brought a very creative approach to both improve the look and functionality of each room, all while staying in budget. In a world where poor communication and lack of followthrough are common, Ellen stands above. I would text her an idea. She would respond in a few minutes with an "On it" response and soon after provide possible solutions to review. When a few items faced unexpected delays, Ellen kept me informed every step of the way, ensuring there were no surprises. Her ability to think on her feet and improvise with alternate products was impressive and made the experience seamless. As a bonus, Ellen has a network of trusted colleagues - from painters and lighting installers to furniture storage and delivery who were all top notch. Everything was handled with care and expertise. A real privilege to work with Ellen. I recommend her wholeheartedly for fantastic work at a very fair price.

Ellen listened to what out our needs were and helped optimize space (u-shape wrap counter in galley kitchen).
