Aquaguard 5000

My experience with Aquatic guard 5000 has been nothing short of a nightmare. Initially, the product sounded too good to be true, and unfortunately, that turned out to be the case. The problems began when the primer created significant issues in my pool. Despite the glowing claims made by the owner, the product did not perform as advertised. I had to have the primer installed removed due to the fact that it will completely dry after 15days and decided not to go forward with the painting. The demolition of my pool was required to remove the primer this cost me 3,000.00. Attempting to resolve the situation with the company owners, Dennis and Debbie, has been a frustrating ordeal. Dennis seems to believe that applying primer and paint requires the expertise of a rocket scientist, which is far from the user-friendly experience they promote. My attempts to seek a refund for the unused items were met with resistance. Dennis became irate over the phone when I challenged the effectiveness of the product and requested a refund. I eventually had to file a Better Business complaint and involve my credit card company to recall payment just to get his attention. After much back and forth, I did receive some compensation for unused items I returned, but the process was incredibly stressful and time-consuming. Dealing with this company has been a lesson that if something sounds too good to be true, it probably is. I cannot recommend Aquatic Guard 5000, nor would I suggest doing business with Dennis and Debbie. Their customer service and product reliability have been severely lacking in my experience. Do yourself a favor have your Pool resurface by a professional it will cost you less money time and aggravation.

This product is EXCELLENT! Easy to use and well designed. We had a crack above our tile, around the bullnose of our deck as well as a leak above our water feature. We used the super epoxy injector and some touch up paint on the deck and it was like new again!!! If you think you can use just any epoxy, remember - they are not all equal! Plus, the injector design left no mess and was simple to apply. Great product, great design!

When I was ordering aqua5000 paint they quoted me $1700, when the credit card bill came it was already $2500. Be aware what they charge you!!!!

Amazing Service! My husband and I are delighted with the end result of our pool renovation. Our swimming pool looks fantastic. I have no hesitation in recommending Aquaguard pool refinishing products to anyone who has a need for a swimming pool refinish or renovation.
