We purchased a home last year that needed extensive leak repairs to the roof / walls and windows. Our project consisted or removing the current roof, stucco from all parapets and about 70% of the walls, removing and re-installing most of the windows as well as framing repair / replacement due to water damage. After talking to several contractors Ardan was recommended to us by a friend. The team at Ardan was easy to work with from day one. The entire Ardan Construction team were professional, and their work is incredible. They communicate every step of the way from the planning phase to the final walkthrough. Any issues or concerns that came up were handled quickly and professionally. We are currently starting our next interior project with Ardan. We would highly recommend Ardan for your project.

We have used Ardan on 2 of our commercial buildouts and they came through on both projects. Randy - our project manager on our latest build out- was great to work with. The timeline was on point- the collaborated with our other vendors with no issue. Will definetly continue using Ardan!

The miracle isn’t that I am happy with my remodel experience and beautiful new home spaces. It’s that the crew is still talking to me after the 3 month adventure. You can see my type A+ personality coming from a football field away. In my house everything has a place and most definitely everything should be in that place. My garage storage bins are see-through, but just to be crystal clear that we all understand what is inside, they are also labeled. Although it might seem that a client knowing what she wants is ideal, I also know that I want it 2” to the left… and 27 degrees counter clockwise. I know just enough about construction to be annoying and am curious enough about learning more to be exceedingly so. I have a large, obnoxious escape dog for workers and subs to navigate, an impossible walled entry to the site, a cantankerous neighbor, and a supernatural attention to fine detail. Understanding my personality, hear that from the first meeting with Steve to working with my Super, Sebastian, and PM, Aaron, and all the subs… it was a phenomenal adventure. Steve made me feel like my ideas were possible (even the out of the box ones), Wade kept on top of my design concepts (even when they changed hourly), Sebastian made me feel helpful (even when I was surely not), Aaron made me feel heard (even when I didn’t say anything), and ALL of the subs made me feel like my project was special, not just a paycheck. I’ve been through several remodels in the past, so when I say that the project area was always left tidy, project updates (including photos) were sent daily, the cul-de-sac always free of debris, the neighbors always surprised by how courteous the workers all were, and that the petrified wood stump was precisely situated to my liking in the bathtub, understand that is NOT my past experience. I would ONLY use ArDan again. They have the skill, knowledge, problem solving, contacts, subs, excellent design support (thank you Angelica!), cheery support staff, hard working and timely crew, cleanliness, organization, honor, family feeling and high level attention to detail that make all of us type A+, control freaks do something that is very hard for us, by nature, to do… RELAX. I will miss having ArDan around, but I am SO EXCITED for the wonderful gift of the new home spaces that they have created for my family and obnoxious dog to enjoy.

We had the pleasure of having Ardan Construction build out and install a large fireplace and mantel. It looks amazing. The entire Ardan Construction team are EXTREMELY professional, and their work is incredible. We did our due diligence when looking for a contractor for our whole house remodel, and we decided to go with ArDan. We are so very happy with the outcome - we have a gorgeous home now - inside & out, with finishes that are top notch. We have heard plenty of stories from others about their unfortunate contractor nightmares, but we have none to tell about ArDan. Were there issues here and there? Yes, of course, but they were addressed immediately. ArDan's staff is professional, polite and kept us in the loop about things. They treated us like family - they were really that nice! I wish I could give these guys six stars- seriously! ArDan just finished our kitchen remodel job and we could not be happier with the outcome, the process and the relationships we have made. ArDan made us feel like we were family and even took into consideration our dogs. Their entire team was invested in making us happy throughout and after all the work was done. Our experience from start to finish was more than we hoped for and we will definitely use them again.

ArDan is a reliable, honest and professional company. They did some work at our home after our prior remodeling company was incompetent. Aaron and Ron quickly realized the issues, came up with a plan of action, and scheduled a time to complete the work. Our homes issues were fixed quickly and Ron did a beautiful job.
