Art Ross Designs has been in business for over 40 years designing homes in the Tidewater area and up and down the East Coast. Projects from Individual new homes, renovations, additions and small commercial projects. Projects range from 1,500 square foot to 20,000 sq. foot. Extensive work dealing with Chesapeake Bay Preservation properties. Design work includes working with many top Home Builders developing model homes of all sizes, types and life styles. For most of his career Art has been involved with the Tidewater Home Builders Association serving on its executive board and various committees. Art formed the Virginia Society of the American Institute of Building Design.
