These guys were great. This was our first new home construction effort and their experience made it a really satisfying and stress free process, especially important as we lived out of Utah before we moved to this home. They helped us design a truly unique mountain contemporary home in Midway, Utah, yet it is very functional. We had special features eg an elevator and radiant heat throughout and Artisans provided every detail for the builder and his subs--and they were accurate. They were also reasonable as to cost and worked on schedule throughout the planning process including with the building department through plan check and during construction. Darek understood what we were trying to achieve from the beginning of the process and was able to translate our loose collection of ideas, preferences and tastes into a design that we love. My wife and I are building our first home together in the Park City area. Artisans Custom Home Design was recommended to us by our general contractor as they had completed many projects together in the past and are know for their solid work and professionalism. My wife and I had a general idea of the style, design and layout of our new home but really needed the help of an architect to organize these ideas. Andy and Darek were able to turn our dreams into reality. They were very patient with us as we analyzed each revision and made minor adjustments. ACHD - Darek and Andy have been excellent to work with from their initial design of our home through completion. They very patiently worked with us to get exactly what we wanted, sharing a computer 3D model of each iteration, where we were able to 'walk through' the house, making sure living spaces fit us and that our mountain views were lined up. They did a remarkable job getting the home to fit into the steep mountainside as well -- from foundations to rooflines. While their heavy lifting was at the front end, they visited the site regularly, making sure the build was on target. Our builder loves their designs as their plans are thorough and complete, making execution clear. We love recommending Artisans Custom Home Design to every one who comes by admiring our home.

Artisans has some of the most unique home designs out there. I love working with these guys because they make sure that everyone is on the same page and go out of their way to make the lives of the contractors and home-owners easier. We love our wrap-around veranda which was thoughtfully planned by Artisans Custom Home Design. It has dramatically improved the look, feel, and functionality of our 100 year old home. I have worked with Artisans Custom Home Design on several projects not just the one I have listed and they are currently designing two homes for clients that I am working with. What I like best about them is their ability to listen to the what the clients' needs are and designing the best home for each client. What's also important is that they are always available when I call or they return the call in a timely manner. They are very responsive to my client input, yet always improve on those ideas through their experience on other projects. I think Artisans provides great value engineering and creativity.
