As a Residential Designer I recently had the opportunity to work with Matty, Ryan and the crew of ARYZE and was thoroughly impressed with their courteous, professional and refreshingly communicative approach to doing business. I'd seen some of their projects before and so was expecting only the best and I was not disappointed! The project was a major addition and virtually a complete renovation of an already gorgeous character home and my design replicated the existing period style features including custom exterior Millwork. Depending on the builder the client hires it can end up looking like an addition with a substandard attempt or it can look like it had always been there blending seamlessly with the original... the latter was what we got with ARYZE doing a fabulous job! Aryze Developments, under the direction of Matty Jardine, did excellent work for us on several challenging projects at our heritage-designated property--repeatedly delivering results that won our hearts and merit our highest recommendation. An engineer at one of the top local firms suggested we contact Aryze, and they won our work in a competitive situation. They helped us with foundation restoration, seismic-upgrade planning and specialty carpentry work on our 120-year-old wooden gutters and trim details. Further, they consulted on plumbing and electrical needs as well as design matters and questions about value and project prioritization. Matty and crew impressed us with their ability to understand our specific situation, make sensible recommendations and get the job done. They were sensitive to the complexities of heritage renovation as well as keen to help us create sustainable structures and systems that incorporate the best of modern technologies. It would be hard to find a better person to work with than Matty Jardine. The Aryze Developments team deserves to work on big and special projects that make the most of their creative talents.

Our project is still underway so I cannot completely finish this survey. Thus far Aryze's personnel, being Matty Jardine and Simon Fyall mainly, have been very respectful of our own ideas, but are good to add theirs and direct us to better solutions to our renovation when needed. We did hire them for their expertise as well as manpower! They have subcontracted the construction to a very good firm with whom we are also pleased. We are doing "cost plus" so do not really know the end outcome as far as cost as yet, and we do add the off divergent request! They and their crew are very tuned in to our wishes and seem to adapt well in most cases and we have only had one hiccup on ordering product in good time, but otherwise they have proved valuable in sourcing materials and getting the trades people on site on short notice when needed which is something we think we could not have done ourselves. They all seem to enjoy the job, the challenge and all the sub trades appear to have great pride in their own work which bodes well for the overall job. Despite the dust, disruption and noise on a daily basis for now beginning our 10 th week, we feel we are in good hands with true professionals. There have been a few slow days when the subs could not get enough help, but otherwise, we cannot complain at all.

The team from Aryze remodeled a four piece bathroom in our home. We were encouraged to use pictures from Houzz as a way to begin to describe the image and feel that we were looking for.Then with professional skill and creativity they presented us with options for the tiles, the tub /shower, and the vanity and proceeded to create a room that exceeded all of our expectations. They were easy to work with (even when we changed our mind about a couple of things) and our questions were welcomed and answered thoroughly. The project was completed on budget and the revised deadline was met to our satisfaction ( after we added a towel warming rack and per a picture on Houzz asked that the vanity be built into an existing linen cupboard…which turned out to to fabulous!) I would highly recommend them and as a matter of fact, our daughter and her husband are looking to buy a house that will need some remodeling and we told them that they could totally trust Aryze to do a wonderful job, on budget and on time.
