This is our second renovation with Atkinson and Pontifex - both times have been a rewarding and positive experience. The Atkinson and Pontifex team and the various trades they work with, are all friendly, reliable,respectful guys. They are also skilled craftsmen and their experience and attention to detail, ensures quality work. This was noticed by our friends, prospective buyers and the real estate team. I am a professional who works in the design industry who has previously worked with Atkinson Pontifex, and my experience was brilliant. They were highly efficient when it came to their work and dealt with myself and the client in a respectful and friendly way. Whenever we faced a challenge, they helped to tackle it head on with logic and precision. We have been living in our new town house in Oak Grove, Brighton for almost 8 weeks now and the four of us are so very happy with this decision that words are almost not enough! Having never owned an Atkinson Pontifex home, we now know how blessed we are. The design, location and build quality were all instrumental in our decision for our family in securing this property. The beautiful finishes throughout this town house are classic, architectural and classy. We feel relaxed, happy & secure in quiet surrounding's, with beautiful light and looking onto gorgeous green courtyards. It's like living in a cocoon with all you need and nothing you don't. With clear zones for our adult children upstairs & our own space downstairs, this layout has been a dream. We are all enjoying entertaining & relaxing in our own spaces but still feel connected because it's not a ridiculously large home. The level of design and construction detail and the quality of finish is exceptional and not only well above industry standard, but far exceeded our expectation. As a true sign of their professionalism, even the neighbours who had to endure the build process, commented on how clean and considerate the entire team were. Well done Atkinson Pontifex; you truly are amazing builders & people who take pride in your homes, even after they are built, and for that we are truly grateful.

Even the difficult challenge of transforming a tennis court into a lush, structured garden with pool ( with very limited access) was a task that your company took on with ease. My wife and I moved into our new home six weeks ago, and we are over the moon with the result. We began our search for a builder by asking everybody we knew and looking through plenty of display homes. By the time we had our plans ready we knew what we wanted from a builder; solid reputation, flexible and friendly to deal with, and most important to us was the quality of the build. Atkinson Pontifex were the right fit from the first time we met. My wife and I just knew it. This was the biggest thing we had ever tried to pull of in out 25 years together. To say we love the new home does not do it justice. Every time I open or close a door I think to myself, we just got this so right, and all of our friends agree. The new home is a rare example of quality from top to toe, we can’t fault anything and Atkinson Pontifex made the complex process of building a new home a rare reassuring experience. 10 stars!!!
