Worst Pool Contractor ever. Completely abandoned project. Terrible communication and left home owners to deal with the situation. Legal action had to be taken. Avoid at all cost, have been reported to the better business bureau and city of Atlanta

I researched and interviewed many companies to build our pool. I wanted the highest quality product at a fair price with the least amount of hassle and stress. I could not be happier with the process and the amazing pool that Atlantis built! The entire team was the most professional and efficient team I could have possibly hired. They were on time with our build and respectful of our home, property, and neighborhood. They were flexible with changes and provided realistic timelines and expectations. Kelly paid attention to every detail and offered great advice with choices and decisions. Bruce was here on dig day and provided great reassurance and suggestions as well. Even now, the service team does a great job with regular maintenance. Most importantly, our pool, hot tub, and patio/living space are spectacular. I would recommend Atlantis 100%!! They are absolutely the best company Atlanta has to offer.

Atlantis Pools built our new pool this year (2022), and we couldn’t be more pleased with every aspect of the project! The owner of Atlantis Pools personally did the grading work to prepare our backyard for the pool. He is a perfectionist who accepts nothing less than the best, and his demand for quality work was evident throughout the project. The service experience throughout the entire project was excellent! Anytime we had questions or concerns, Atlantis answered our inquiries immediately and always resolved them to our satisfaction. The timeline for the pool build was also excellent! We thought it would take longer than it did to complete, but the pool was finished several weeks before we expected it to be done. The final product is absolutely gorgeous and the attention to detail is evident. Our backyard is now a beautiful oasis thanks to Atlantis Pools. Before deciding on Atlantis, we got several other quotes/proposals from different pool companies. We decided on Atlantis because it was obvious during our initial meeting with them that they had a higher standard of quality and wanted to listen to what we wanted and work with us to build the custom pool we desired. Based on the initial meeting alone, we didn’t feel that any of the other companies were in the same league as Atlantis. So, the decision to hire Atlantis for our pool build was easy after meeting with and comparing other pool builders. If you are interested in building a pool, Atlantis Pools is definitely who you need to call. If we ever move and need to build another pool, we will not hesitate to use Atlantis Pools for the project!

From our initial consultation through design, permitting, excavation through completion, Atlantis delivered above and beyond. Kelly answered all of our questions, offered timely suggestions and made the process smoother than we thought possible. She helped us select quality materials and finishes as well as coordinated the many steps involved. Atlantis didn’t just come in on time and on budget; they finished ahead of schedule! We couldn’t be happier with the final product and have nothing but the highest recommendation based on our seamless customer experience.

We were super pleased with Atlantis from design through filling the pool with water. They were responsive, timely, and we knew what to expect and when. The finished pool is beyond our expectations. A+ !!

We are thrilled with our new pool from Atlantis!! Kelly’s design expertise is thoughtful, creative and incomparable to others in the industry. She is proactive in her planning and completed our pool ahead of schedule, despite many challenges with material & labor shortages. We recently had a pool and extensive stonework completed by Atlantis Pools. If you are starting the process, I can give you one piece of advice. Enjoy the process of designing your perfect pool, but don't stress over who should do it. That part is easy - Atlantis is the best in Atlanta. During the design stage, they listened to our vision and offered their own experience to come with the ideal design. We never felt pressured or "sold to" and were completely at ease in discussing our decision process. The quote provided was detailed and realistic. Atlantis was flexible through the design but were set in regard to quality construction standards. Once we committed, Kelly was an invaluable resource in coordinating details and timing of events. She was knowledgeable and organized in sharing information about both the process, permits and each of the products that we needed to choose. She was patient and generous with her time. The day of the dig was an exciting kickoff! Bruce not only manned the first scoop (and many after), Brian and Bruce continued to orchestrate the introduction of additional crews, Bernie was frequently onsite during critical points in the project as well as general check-ins to keep everything on point. We are not easy customers. We received nothing but professional, responsive, friendly, cooperative and knowledgeable service from the Atlantis crew. If you are considering working with Atlantis - you will be thrilled with your choice.

Atlantis Pools and Spas built us the pool of our dreams. Our backyard is a true slice of paradise in Alpharetta, Georgia. Bruce, Brian, Bernie and Kelly were all very easy to work with. Kelly kept us informed of each step during the entire process...from design to completion. We interviewed several pool companies before we chose Atlantis. Kelly is the only person that actually listened to what we wanted and came back with a beautiful design. It was a top notch execution and resembles the 3D design she presented to us. We also want to do a huge shout out to the landscaper Kelly recommended, Miguel. Miguel was such a delight to work with. His attention to detail was beyond our expectations. Atlantis builds a pool to last a lifetime. We highly recommend them if you are in the market for a "backyard resort" type pool!

We love our pool! The team at Atlantis won our business because they had vision and obvious expertise. They were the only company out of 4 interviewed that brought back a 3d design of the proposed project which allowed us to see what our backyard could be. We wanted an 18 x 36 linear pool with a raised beam that featured a 6x9 centered spa and they absolutely hit a home run! Granted, nobody expected a global pandemic to hit which added to the duration of the project but they communicated throughout and did the best they could. Kelly, Bruce & Brian were great to work with, we couldn't be happier!

Atlantis Pools was an excellent choice for these first time pool owners. We could tell that they knew their stuff from the first phone call. Between Bruce, Brian & Kelly, there was nothing they hadn't seen before or handled. We had to deal with county variance issues, and they walked us through it step by step, which would've been very intimidating. They put the most beautiful pool in the smallest yard you've ever seen...and it's fantastic! Outdoor kitchen, too! All the Atlantis workers we talked to were excellent, plus any contractors (gas, fencing, landscaping) were the best we've dealt with, and had some of the best prices. Very impressed with all aspects of the process, and we are using the HECK out of this pool!! Highly recommend these guys!!

We are one year in and we love our Atlantis Pool. Our backyard was unusable until Bruce, Brian, and Bernie worked with us to create a solution that solved our drainage issues. It worked and we have a beautiful backyard and pool. Kelly is amazing and still just a phone call away one year later. I recommend Atlantis Pools if you’re considering a pool.
