I cannot say enough about the levels of professionalism shown by A.W. Martin as they completed a renovation of our family room. The craftsmanship and attention to details were spot on. If they said they would be at our house to work, they were there. We hit a couple of unexpected structural issues and they were handled well, with clear explanations about what needed to be done and why. Tony is highly professional, and his project manager, Christian, was as well - both were responsive to phone calls and questions.

Turned our dining room and kitchen (two separate rooms) into one large kitchen by taking out a load-bearing wall. A very involved job that their engineers and workers completed with great skill. We can’t say enough about our beautiful, kitchen. We love our granite and our experience with “All Granite and Marble” from Plainfield (worth the trip). The team at AW Martin Construction are great to work with. The owners and their staff are very responsive, accommodating and a pleasure to work with. The cabinets we ordered from their cabinet guy, Erick are beautiful. The carpenter, Mouse, who did the installation and all the trim work, etc. is very meticulous and his work exceptional. I could go on about the gorgeous back splash, etc. Needless to say, we highly recommend AW Martin as well as those they recommended for the granite, back splash, etc.

We hired AW Martin for a kitchen and bathroom remodel. We were given a fair estimate for the work. The owner, Tony, and his "crew" were responsive and made us feel that they were anxious to deliver quality work in a timely manner. We hired AW Martin based on their excellent reviews. We are "snow birds" and the work was done while we were in Florida. From our initial phone conversation to arrange an estimate to the end of the project EVERYONE at AW Martin was professional and responsive. The lead worker, Chris, was always available to answer our questions and took photos on his phone to keep us up to date with the work. We arrived home from Florida to find a beautiful new kitchen and bath. We are very pleased with the work and quality of work of AW Martin. We would not hesitate to hire them again for any job in our home.

Hired AW Martin 10 years ago to put an addition on our house and they did such an incredible job that it was a no brainer to hire them again to renovate our kitchen and dining room. Love their crew of sub-contractors. Great carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, hardwood floor guys, tile guys and even the designer that AW Martin recommended was a pleasure to work with. They stuck to the schedule and always helped us around the difficulties of living in a house during a 6 week project without a kitchen. I would recommend them to anybody looking for a trustworthy company that does exactly what they promise.

I have had the pleasure of collaborating with AW Martin Construction, on several home improvement projects. They are professional, courteous, respectful, knowledgable, and very talented. Their carpentry is among the best I've seen. As an industry professional, I am very impressed with their work ethic and job performance. I would highly recommend them to do any home renovation.

Built a new extension, remodeled kitchen and built a new deck. The majority of the work was of the highest quality. Organization and planning could have been better. The project took a lot longer than expected. Some situations were beyond our control while others could have been avoided through better coordination. On the whole we are very happy with the work. We broke ground in November - it's now late July and I think we have 3 - 4 more weeks of work till we are completed.
