AyA Kitchens and Baths

We had our AyA kitchen installed in September 2023 and we are in LOVE. The quality has proven to be great so far, and it makes such an elegant statement in our home. It was also a pleasure working with the AyA team. Helena, the receptionist, is a sweetheart, and will greet you with a warm and cheerful smile. Elena, the designer, was fun and easy to work with. We shared many laughs while exchanging life stories. It made driving to Mississauga from downtown Toronto feel worth it . She helped us bring our vision to life with her expertise and honest feedback on how to improve the look and functionality of our kitchen. Andy, the installer, was quick, detail-oriented and professional. Even the guy who came to do a quality control check after the installation was incredibly helpful and shared tips of the trade with us. Whoever is in charge of hiring at AyA is doing a fantastic job! This was one of the best experiences I've had with a builder. Everyone went above and beyond for us. I can't recommend this team and company enough! ❤️

Had a great experience with AyA for my kitchen renovation. I entered the store with a design in hand, but a key suggestion by an AyA designer has made a world of difference in the look and flow of my kitchen. I purchased the eco-friendly formaldehyde-free cabinets for peace-of-mind that I wasn't off-gasing harmful chemicals into my home. I am very satisfied with the quality and craftmanship of the cabinets. The installation was also highly professional, and any defects were noted during the inspection and replaced within a few weeks. The sales staff, designer, accounting folks were all very pleasant, helpful and professional. I would certainly recommend this company and use them again in future renovations.

Great showroom to help the homeowner make smart design choices with the help of a their sales team. Elena guided us through the complete process from start to finish to get our dream kitchen at a fair price. Very pleased with the results and everything was on schedule and finished on time. Installed Aya kitchen in our home 2 years ago. Just after install one door was replaced from warping. Now I have paint cracking and peeling on the cabinet trim as well as another warped door. I contacted Aya and was not offered any sort of assistance. Very unsatisfied with the product and customer satisfaction. Do not recommend Aya kitchen products.

Terrible company from design to install. The designer was rude and did not take any of our preferences into consideration (at one point even calling our requests “weird”). Their installers left piles of garbage in our house and garage. Cabinets arrived chipped and damaged, doors are missing, island is misaligned and looks cheap. Three weeks after project was supposed to be complete, we are still missing doors and have no ETA.

We worked with Chris Putman on a kitchen Reno in Vineland. Chris and his installation crew were always very professional. Although there were a few problems during installation and a few long pandemic delays with the factory, Chris made sure we were satisfied in the end. We love our new kitchen! Thanks guys!

My husband and I purchased a brand new home recently. Part of our decision to choose this builder was that they offered AyA cabinetry in the kitchen and washrooms. We've heard great things about AyA and were excited to have a quality product in our new home. Unfortunately, although the cabinets themselves were gorgeous- the installation fell flat. We had mouldings installed incorrectly, crooked doors, missing shelves, etc. Thankfully AyA was very keen to correct the issues and worked very diligently to ensure we were satisfied. They were in constant communication and moved ahead as quickly as production allowed them. When the work was completed, they reached out to ensure we were happy. Overall we were impressed by their desire to provide customer satisfaction and appreciate all of their hard work. Our cabinetry looks amazing and we consistently receive compliments on the beautiful matte finish. We love our AyA cabinets and would definitely work with them again in the future. A special thanks is owed to Gina, Eric, Brandon, Semily and the fabulous installation team members we had the pleasure of hosting in our home. Work with AyA- you won't regret it!

We began working with Aya back in the summer of 2017 designing our dream kitchen. We ordered our dream kitchen in the fall of 2017. Received it & had it installed January 2018. We are now midway through 2019 with the last of the door installs being done just last week & we remain extremely discontented with your product as well as your service. We have had ALL cupboard doors replaced once due to warranty/poor MDF quality including our range hood. Some doors have been replaced 3 times & we remain unhappy due to quality assurance & poor packaging practices. It has been a very long 18 months trying to resolve ongoing issues with their product & lack of quality. We had expected much more from a known and reputed company of their standard. We had reached out to the main company back in the spring of 2018 & never received a follow up call back. I called last week & have yet to hear back once again. We feel we were never taken seriously, pushed aside, forgotten about & treated poorly. Working with this company has been nothing but frustrating & extremely dissatisfying. Our dream kitchen has turned into our forever nightmare! Aya is a company that should uphold pleasurable customer experience especially when people are building a dream of theirs (as stated in their mission statement). We have & will continue to spread the word about our experience with both Innovative Kitchens (locally) & Aya products to all of our family, friends, acquaintances & whomever we speak about kitchen designs or renos to.

Great showroom! I never felt hurried or harassed here - and I went many times.A beautiful selection of styles and finishes. Aya was reasonable in their lead time for production and delivery and were responsive when I needed to push back the date due to issues on my end. I wan't here for the installation, but my husband was. Igor did a fantastic job. There are always a few minor issues- again- Aya want to make sure that you are satisfied. My only concern is the thickness/support of cabinet shelving on wider units- there seems to be a bit of sagging. I am speaking with Aya about this and I have no qualms that this issue will be resolved.

Kirth is very professional in dealing with her customers. She is very knowledgeable and detailed oriented. Kirth responds to queries in a timely manner. She made sure we obtained the specs on our new appliances and discussed how they would be incorporated into our newly designed kitchen. We were so impressed in dealing with Kirth during our renovations to our 30 year old kitchen that we recommended her to our daughter and son-in-law., who are working with her at the present time. It was a pleasure dealing with Kirth. We highly recommend her to others.
