Our backyard has a steep drop, and we thought we would need heavy grading. John had another idea; he designed a split-level patio using retaining framing and wood platforms. It steps down naturally and gives us two different zones to use. No digging up the yard, and now we have space for both a lounge and a dining setup. Best use of that space we’ve ever had.

I just finished a complete outdoor renovation of my patio and entrance to my home with Baker Patios. Their work was excellent and they exceeded my expectation in terms of the final result. They were professional, punctual, meticulous in their work, and courteous. I have received so many complements from everyone that walks by my house. The scope of the project was comprehensive, since it involved installation of new electrical wiring for outdoor lights and an outdoor outlet, installation of new plumbing for an outdoor water faucet, removal of a huge tree that was destroying my previous concrete walkway and patio, and complete demolition of everything that was in front of the house. Everyone that was part of Mike's crew shared his professional approach to their work. While the work was taking place, I noticed how efficiently the project progressed. There was tremendous progress made each day toward completing the project. The crew worked so well together. Each member would perform a different task, so while one was laying bricks, the other was mixing mortar, while another member was fine tuning the cuts for the pavers being laid down, etc. I happen to be a very demanding customer since I am by nature a very technically oriented person. I had many questions and concerns about the project before starting, but Mike addressed each concern and explained his reasoning for each step. Mike and his crew did not disappoint in anyway and even exceeded my very high expectations. I really love my my new outdoor space, and I highly recommend Baker Patios.

WOW!! WE LOVE OUR SCREENED IN PORCH! We've been wanting a screened in porch for a while and finally decided to do it. Baker Patios did a site visit and was very informative on the whole process (time, recommended design, materials, etc). The price quoted was extremely cool and so worth it. The team showed up on installation day ready to go - I was so impressed by their attention to detail and aesthetic vision. We are soooo happy with the finished product and highly recommend Baker Patios for improving your patio living needs! We are now ready to enjoy beautiful spring weather and also ready to hide from the summer mosquitos.

We absolutely recommend Baker Patios. We had an outdoor covered patio made - half louvre and half solid, and we are very satisfied and happy with the result. We initially had Eddie come out and give us a quote to convert our back patio into a sunroom. After thinking it over and seeing the quality materials they use we decided to have them build a free standing recreation room. The process went without a hitch and really the best part of the entire process was the professionalism from beginning to end. We price quoted and shopped around but no one stood out like Steve. His professionalism and attention to detail won us over. If you are considering paving or doing any residential asphalt repair or seal, I recommend talking with Baker Patios. Their knowledge of materials depending on your project is pretty extensive. The level of communication was perfect, the crews work hard and treat the road project as if it was their own. From our initial consultation to replace existing asphalt, sealing the roads, painting the curbs, adding speed bumps and replacing the street signs with new ones... Baker Patios were a pleasure to work with. After a couple of quotes from others, Steve offered valuable observations that improved our plan and ended up saving us money from others. We wanted to level up the community drive experience, it came out looking like a million bucks. The crew even re-graded some of the roads for better drainage to make the new road last longer; we'd use Baker Patios again in a heartbeat. To sum it up... Baker Patios's are honest in assessment, fair in pricing options, and beyond exceptional in execution!

Steve, our supervisor, kept us well informed; was meticulous in his attention to detail; was committed to quality workmanship, and had the process running like clockwork. All tradesmen's work were: friendly; punctual; produced high-quality work; and importantly left the work site spotless. Overall I must say that we could not have had better service; value for money; and importantly such a fantastic outcome. We have nothing but praise for Steve and his entire team and we would highly recommend Baker Patios to anyone considering adding to their outdoor entertaining areas.

We are very happy with the new patio installed by Baker Patios. The quality of material, workmanship. and price are excellent and value for money. We are particularly grateful for the builders (I think one of them is Boyd) who fixed our existing house gutter adjacent to the patio. This is not part of the job, but they were very helpful to our request. They are also very professional and skilled. We strongly recommend Baker Patios and will definitely get them again if we need another patio.

Jacob is very knowledgeable and did an excellent job with planning, the admin team is very professional, the installers are calm, pleasant, especially with no disturbing sound and the installation work up to the standard and neat.
