We have worked with Bart for 25 years in every home we have lived in. He has excellent taste, listens to what the customer desires and is innovative in his thoughts and solutions. He makes use of pieces already in the home and has a terrific eye for moving things around and making the best use of space. Would not do a thing without him and highly recommend his services. Bart Goldstein came highly recommended by two friends. We have hired him to assist us with two major projects (total renovations of our kitchen and eating area and master bath en suite) and for some design advice on our family room (new chairs and rug). As a designer, his taste and color sense is outstanding. He provided superb guidance on all aspects of the projects (materials, furniture, paint colors, window coverings, etc) . From the beginning, he clearly had a sense of what we wanted, including our taste and budget. We used different contractors for each project and Bart worked well with both of them and they would often comment on what great ideas he had. He frequently checked on the progress of our projects and functioned like a project manager as well as a designer, providing ongoing advice and suggestions. Bart tirelessly went shopping with us and he was always a delight to be with. He was also very familiar with all the design resources and options in the area. We never felt pressured and he was always open to our feedback. Bart's patience is outstanding and he is a very warm and engaging person who was accommodating to our busy schedules. He was always a text, e-mail, or phone call away ! In summary, we would never embark on any house project without Bart and have recommended him to many friends, who were also very pleased with his services.

Bart Goldstein completely transformed five rooms in our house and made them not only beautiful and stylish, but comfortable and useable with thoughtfully chosen fabrics for the furniture in a house with two kids and two dogs. We built a new addition with a two-car garage and the old one-car space became a gorgeous family room under Bart's direction and design. He made each piece of furniture a perfect fit for the narrow room and made the room seem larger and more open with his artful arrangement of each table and chair.

Creative, Service and Value all rolled into one fabulous designer. I hired Bart Goldstein to help me with a redesign of my master bedroom suite. Bart was outstanding - he listened to my wishes, likes and dislikes... and managed to accommodate everything that was important to me while coming up with a beautiful space that exceeded all my expectations. My husband and I love our new master suite - so much so that when we stay at luxury hotels, we miss the luxury and comfort of our own bedroom. Bart is a true master with color, fabrics and general contracting.

I should start by saying that I am in real estate. I own and manage residential and commercial properties, and I have also built a number of homes for myself over the years. I started using Bart Goldstein based on a referral maybe 20 years ago. At that time I had just bought a new home and needed help. Being "in the business" I wanted to parts of the decorating myself, and I wanted to buy my furniture and materials directly, but I definitely needed help. You have to know what you don't know! Since Bart charges hourly and doesn't accept commissions or fees from the vendors/stores he recommends, I never feel pressured to buy from a particular store and he doesn't mind if I take his advice and use my own crews or another vendor. You can have him do more or less of the legwork for you, and he is happy to work either way. The results are always stunning. I say "always" because since that first project, I have used Bart to decorate at least half a dozen other homes over the 20 years (we move a lot). He has a fabulous eye for color, but works with your own sensibilities. Sometimes we have gone more traditional and sometimes more contemporary. We have done townhouses, penthouses, and colonials. He has a sixth sense for things that work together and matching each room to your personality. I have recommended him many times, and am happy to do so here again. We are redoing our living room now, and once again my first call was to Bart!
