Budget Blinds Edmonton & St. Albert

Many thanks to Anne and Brittany for helping with the replacement of blinds in my daughter 's room. We got these blinds from Budget Blinds about 7 years ago and YES, they honored the life time warranty. We took the pictures/videos and email to Anne and she took care the rest. I hired Budget Blinds on two occasions to assist with window treatments for two very difficult applications. Malgorzata was very professional, detail oriented and came up with excellent solutions to both situations. She checked and double checked and everything went seamlessly. Lindsay installed both window treatments and did an excellent job. I could not be happier. Something else I really appreciated was getting weekly emails from the office as to the status of the order. Very professional and excellent customer service! I recommend them highly and if I have any future window covering needs in the future, my first call with be to them.

We needed blinds for our new home. Sharon and Jill from budget blinds came out for a consultation and to take measurements. They were very knowledgable. They listened to our vision for what we wanted and made excellent recommendations on the products and materials that would best work for our home. The pricing was very competitive as well. Lee came out to our house a few weeks later to do the installation. He was on time, very efficient and super polite. He was done installing blinds in the entire house in under two hours. We are thrilled with the results!!! We would definitely recommend Budget Blinds to anyone looking for window coverings and will undoubtedly use them again in the future. Thanks Budget Blinds!!!

This window covering project started in November, we got our blinds early December. We were not happy as they did fit right, the functionality of the patio blinds did work as our Sales person thought they would, so we called Budget Blinds and the sales person came back. She checked all the measurements and told us we would get all new blinds that will fit properly. Just before Christmas the installer came back with no new blinds removed some slats from the existing blinds and said that is all that can be done. Still not happy with whole situation we again contacted Budget Blinds, let them know that we were not happy. We later received call back from Sales manager who turned out to be the owner, He personally came to our house, seen our dilemma and agreed that it was not right. He measured everything and brought us some temporary blinds a week later and took away all the blinds that needed adjustment. He also agreed that the Patio blinds where not what we should have and that they were not very functional for that window. He brought samples of another blind which we looked over and selected what we liked. Within about three weeks again the installer came back with all the blinds, put them in and installed new blinds on the Patio door. When all was said and done about 3 hours later we finally had gotten what we thought we were originally getting installed. I must say that everyone at Budget Blinds went beyond the call of duty to make us a happy customer. From the owner to the installer and all those in between, it can be said the customer service was outstanding and they can be proud of the fact that they stand behind their promise of customer satisfaction, it was fabulous.

The service was great. The sales associate who came with the samples was very informative and helpful in choosing a style of blind that was best for our office. The blinds look great in our office and accomplish exactly what we want for style and functionality. The pricing was also excellent for our budget. I am really happy and would recommend that anyone check this company out! We worked with the Edmonton branch!

From the consultation to the installation the experience was excellent. My consultant Malgorzata was knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. The installation was quick. The blinds are beautiful and arrived 2 weeks earlier than expected! I would highly recommend their products and services.

Sharon came to the house and gave my an estimate on new blinds for my bedroom and ensuite. She showed me both the wood blinds and the faux wood blinds. Her suggestion of only one large blind over the jacuzzi tub was thought provoking. I gave it lots of thought and decided to go with it! I am tickled pink with the results. Awesome service, awesome price. Sharon, who was consultant, squeezed me into her schedule last minute so that I could take advantage of a promotion that was going on. The blinds that we wanted were the cellular shades, and we ended up upgrading a few of the features and still staying within our budget. Our blinds were delivered to our house, and my husband and I installed the blinds ourselves. It was easier than expected! The consultants come with samples that are a big enough size for you to get a visual idea of what your blinds will look like. They are responsible for all the measurements for all the window treatments. Their main customer service desk was great to work with, awesome customer service.

Fast, efficient, friendly, helpful and reasonably priced. Installation was excellent. I am very pleased with my experience and would highly recommend.

She spent time to get to know our needs, she was honest and recommended the perfect high quality product that fit our wants and budget. Our order came in quicker then what we were expecting, once they arrived a very friendly staff member called and was able to book us for install, with an exact time and within the week. The two gentlemen who came to install were right on time (actually about 10 minutes early!), they were pleasant, clean and very efficient. It only took them 30 minutes to install 12 blinds!
