We have recently moved into our BDR home in Douglas, MI and could not be happier with the final product. Moving into a newly built home in Chicago 5 years ago has made it easy to see how BDR's quality is well above others. Staying within budget is always a challenge but with suppliers that BDR uses, we were able to stay within range and splurge in areas that were important to us. The lighting, plumbing, flooring and tile professionals that BDR set us up with were all so helpful in making sure we were happy with selections we made, pricing and final product. Working with our project manager has been very positive. He has always been honest and did his best to keep contractors on pace. We are so appreciative of all his hard work and extra help he gave us even as we were moving in. We are in love with our new home away from home. Our biggest problem is that we never want to leave! We would definitely use BDR again and recommend them to everyone.

We worked with BDR building on Lake Michigan home. They were professional and completed our home in the time frame we expected. The quality of our home is outstanding! From our first meeting to the completed project, we felt like we were working with friends. We have never built a home before, but after this experience with BDR, I would do it again.
