Bedrosians Tile and Stone

Tile of the same product and color/finish showed up completely different. We now cannot complete the project, and have a bunch of tile we can't use. Disappointed! I recommend you stay away.

I was altogether disappointed with both quality and service from Bedrosians. First Issue - The shipping setup was unacceptable. Bedrosians does not set up shipping with notifications or signatures required. This means that tile will show up with no notification. I had to unload 2500lbs of tile by myself in a snow storm with 30 minutes notification. I also ordered tile from both Build.com and Zia Tile and they both set up their shippers correctly. Second Issue - they sent the incorrect tile and did not replace the tile or refund my money. It was over 5 days when I realized that I received the incorrect product, so I was told it was my problem (even though my receipt and the packing label showed it was their mistake). Third issue - entire boxes of tile were damaged. Cracked down the middle and unusable. Again - over 5 days so it's my issue. It's also unfortunate that Bedrosians does not have a place to leave a review on their website, so the consumer goes largely uninformed until they are left with the cost impacts to deal with on their own. If I had read the Facebook reviews prior to placing my order, I would have most likely purchased elsewhere. Buyer Beware!

We work with Bedrosians for a majority of our projects in the San Clemente area. They have beautiful unique tiles and stone. Their staff in Vista is amazing, especially Stacia! She is very responsive and knowledgeable. Any time we need something she gets it done. We love working with them.

We've sourced tile and stone slabs from Bedrosians for a wide range of projects, and love their vast selection and beautiful showrooms! The reps are helpful and knowledgeable, and they are constantly updating inventory to fit the new styles and trends.

I strongly do NOT recommend tiles from Bedrosians. The tile retailer we were buying through suggested their Costa Allegra tile for our kitchen backsplash. Our tile subcontractor installed them according to the specs from the Tearsheet from Bedrosians. The tiles started showing cracks immediately, and while Bedrosians had sent out a representative in a timely manner, they offered us a ridiculously low compensation that they say is a "courtesy," but they do not take responsibility for what is a manufacturing flaw. If they owned up to their own error and compensated us fairly, I would not be leaving a 1-star review (which is still more than what I would really give). The pricing on some of their products may seem competitive, but their quality speaks volumes.

Kitchen and bathroom remodel made me loony this year. Smart people pick out their materials before the begin the project. I was scrambling, stressed and had my heart set on a natural stone. Everyone including my contractor said, "do not do marble, you will regret it." I have a busy kitchen, and worried about stains and etching. Ajay at Bedrosian introduced me to quartzite. It took me a couple hours but I found the perfect slabs. Everyone was so patient and helpful! I had my counters sealed upon installation by a company Ajay recommended. No stains, no spots, no issues. Happy customer!

I've used Bedrosians in Santa Rosa for a couple of properties now and they've become my go to place for tile. They have a great selection to meet every end of the spectrum, at competitive prices. Equally, or perhaps more, importantly, they really believe in customer service. Justin Perry, in particular, is terrific to work with. He's incredibly customer service focused, and understands the importance and value of repeat customers. He also has a great eye for design, knows their products, and will work with you to find exactly the right tile to meet your vision.

I love taking my clients to Bedrosians. The showroom is laid out in a way that makes it easy to show my clients what choices they have. We can take our tile and backsplash selections to the back where the granite and quartz is on display so we can coordinate everything. There is always someone available to help when needed. I have used them many times over the years on various projects, from large to small.

I only have positive things to say about this company. They offer the most gorgeous tile and marble options at fair prices. I bought beautiful marble and tile from them for client projects. The quality of their products is top notch and the staff is super helpful. I intend on using them for all future projects. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for high quality tile or marble!
