My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

We are very happy with our new Blue Heron home at Shoreline (Lake Las Vegas). Lindsay, sales director, turned a difficult situation into a very positive one with her finesse and great listening skills. Our walk thru process was easily the best we've experienced in the last twenty years of buying new homes. The construction team did a great job of getting the house finished with near perfection. Hats off to Aaron and Baltazar. The customer service team took us through a thorough walk thru process. Literally we touched every wall! Thank you Luis and Jody. During the walk thru process we found some paint work etc that needed attention. Within a week, the majority of the issues have been resolved thanks to Igor and team. We can't say enough about our overall experience with Blue Heron. The individuals we have interacted with are great people who care deeply about our experience as customers.

We are proud and thrilled to have our new home completed by Blue Heron Design-Build. It has been a process, but well worth it. The quality of construction and the commitment to customer satisfaction of the Blue Heron organization and staff is outstanding. It is a home with significant smart technology systems built in its beautiful and thoughtful design. We strongly feel that Blue Heron homes are the best designed and constructed homes in Las Vegas because of their focus attention to quality functionality, homeowner satisfaction and for its impressive beauty.

Thoughtful design for our custom build - high quality material and workmanship. Responsive to the inevitable issues that come up and takes accountability for any issues. Good coordination with subs. Met most deadlines - met all critical ones. We've built more than 5 houses and this was the one we like the best.

Blue Heron completed our custom home in 2014. My favorite part was going through the design phase with Tyler and Michael. They nailed it on the first try! They gave us such a great price that our home is worth more than double. Since going through the process with them I have become addicted to modern architecture!
