Crystal was so wonderful to work with. She was very responsive and made sure the design and installation process went smoothly.

Crystal saved me after a major flood in 2024, I was overwhelmed. She took charge in an efficient, creative and cost-effective manner. She redesigned our kitchen and added a stunning fireplace in our main room while upgrading our bathroom. She had terrific options in selecting the floors, tiles, cabinets, lighting, hardware, rugs, even new doors. Everything and every detail. She is so, so talented and thinks outside the box. I trusted her far more than my own decisions. Her resources, including the contractor she recommended, were top-notch, but not the most expensive, The outcome was a far more beautiful home than I imagined. The response by friends first visit is “Wow.” Most importantly, I love my “new” home. I’ve worked with top designers over some 40 years, but none as creative, enjoyable or efficient as Crystal. I love her!

I might not be her typical multi million dollar house but we spent a lot of money relative to what we have and did work to several rooms. Crystal was great for the first project but clearly values what you spend. Our last few projects she was absent, non responsive and our shower looks worse then it did before we redid it. If you want genuine and great service, go else where

She listened carefully to what we wanted, understood our budget limitations and pulled together a wide variety of resources to help us execute our project. As a designer, she has that rare combination -- inspired artistic vision coupled with a can do spirit. Crystal oversaw our project from design boards to final details. We could not be happier with the finished project. Our home is comfortable and stylish AND our budget remained intact. The best.

Crystal Blackshaw completely transformed my home! I have a very specific and unique style and Crystal was able to bring my interior dreams and visions to life. After a not so fun experience with another designer I was hesitant to take the leap for help and direction but I can confidently say Crystal is the best out there - she truly created a space that feels like us and listened to our thoughts and desires along the way. I always knew moving into our first place the kitchen was a spot I would want to make our own but I constantly stressed over what to do and how to do it and I never thought I would ever be able to work with a designer - then Crystal came to our rescue. She kept me from many nights I would have been up worrying about things, all while keeping us in budget - and that alone folks was worth it. Crystal was also a clear and thoughtful communicator and always available when I had questions. She has a true eye for design and I love how she brings in a traditional and eclectic feel. It is crazy how a completed vision can shift your mood and make you feel different! Not only did she give our kitchen a complete upgrade she also included personal pieces into the mix, like a focal piece painting our 2-year old son helped to create! I feel so lucky to have been able to work with Crystal and can’t give her high enough praise, I finally have the kitchen I’ve dreamed of and it makes me feel so wonderful being in it.

She did an excellent job balancing my taste with my husband's style, and worked with us to stay within budget. Her eclectic style enables her to work seamlessly with clients' varying tastes and preferences while pulling together a totally integrated look and feel.
