Blue Sky Painting & Carpentry

We loved having these guys. Adam, Raul and his team are diligent, thorough and detail-oriented. We've hired them on at least four separate projects, and everything was done in a timely fashion with attention to the smallest detail. Oftentimes, they pointed out things to me that I had missed which was much appreciated. Very helpful, very reliable and very much a mainstay on my who-am-I-gonna-call list! Highest recommendations.

Blue Sky did a wonderful job rebuilding the tray ceiling in our bedroom, installing moulding around the windows and along the ceiling. We decided to go with them even though they weren't the cheapest because they clearly knew carpentry and had the skills needed to fix the horrible job done by the builder. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for carpentry and painting work.

Hired company to repair dry rotten wood trim around exterior of house. Company also painted all replaced trim around door and window frames. Quality of work was outstanding. All employees were very professional, from the first meeting w Adam who provided the estimate for the work, to the actual workers, everyone was great to work with. They met all deadlines, kept me updated on completion date. I highly recommend this company and will use them for future projects.

We have hired Blue Sky Painting & Carpentry for three projects. The first one was in 2016 when we had them patch the drywall in various places and paint all the walls and ceilings in our house. That was a major job since no work had been done on the walls and ceilings for many years. The second project was in 2017 and required replacing our whole front door including the door frame. That also included, for security reasons, replacing the original frame with one without windows next to the door. They had to do do major drywall work to do that and paint everything. The last project (2018) was to replace the drywall that a plumber had removed from the kitchen and bathroom ceilings to repair major plumbing problems. That also included building an insulating box around exposed pipes in the attic. The whole bathroom and parts of the kitchen ceiling then had to be repainted. As you can see, we are repeat customers and go to them for all our paining and carpentry work.

We hired Blue Sky to paint the exterior and interior of our house. Their whole team was a pleasure to work with. They were reliable, they protected our furniture and floors and did a fabulous job. We'll be calling them back for additional work we want done. They were not the cheapest company, but we received a great value for the price (you get what you pay for!). You can't go wrong with Blue Sky Painting & Carpentry.

Last year we had Blue Sky Painting replace some of our cedar siding, repair a door frame, and repaint the entire exterior and our decks (but not deck railing). Adam was prompt and very friendly and courteous when coming out to do the estimate, drop off the color book, or answer any questions we had. Saul and his crew worked efficiently and they cleaned up the area very well. Their estimate was not the cheapest, but we felt they were reasonable and reliable. For the least expensive quote we got, the contractor proposed using deck paint on our cedar siding...which we felt was very suspect. Probably the only issue that happened was the white paint on our deck railings chipped a bit when they power washed everything before painting. That wasn't expected, but not their fault. The paint was just older than we expected. We did not ask them to paint them as an addendum to our contract.
