My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

We engaged Bonadies on a project starting circa 2020. We received regular invoicing on design ideas that were congruent with the exact designs of a spec home that he had designed in the same neighborhood. We found Bonadies to be extremely difficult to work with and ultimately cancelled the project with him. Unfortunately, he did continue to over-bill us for the work (over $25,000). He claimed that he typically did not finish many projects and needed to over-bill to ensure he is paid. It's unfortunate this type of practice exists, but not unusual in Nashville, unfortunately. The project completion date listed is not correct as the website does not give an option for uncompleted projects.

Mr. Bonadies was extremely helpful when I inquired about some design details of this Nashville residence. He informed us about some "not so traditional” details that we were then able to share as inspiration with our architect here in Georgia which we can now hopefully incorporate into our home.

Mr. Bonadies did an amazing job designing a near flawless house. He was a pleasure to work with and excelled with both historic zoning issues and the contractors. The proof is in the fact I have hired him for four projects now, one out of state, and one overseas. Its hard not to be happy with the thoroughness and attention to detail.
