I chose Bordt Tile & Stone to install our new quartz countertops and ceramic tile backsplash. Lauralee was extremely helpful in the way she guided my ideas without pressuring me one way or another. The installation was perfect and I couldn’t be happier with our selection of Tempesta by Hari Stones. Contrary to some concerns and complaints I have heard expressed regarding quartz countertops, now a couple months later I pronounce what I have to be extremely durable and easy to maintain, nothing has left any stains at all. I love the shiny gloss and I anticipate they will look like new for many years. I like the backsplash but the only reason I deducted one star is sanded grout was applied, which resulted in a ‘heavy’ appearance, taking away from the overall look I had intended to achieve but it’s not a big deal. However I do regret I did not given a choice as in my opinion sanded grout is more suitable on floors. All in all this work was a satisfying kitchen uplift with no major headaches or snags, all in all a pleasurable experience I would say therefore I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bordt Tile & Stone, pricing was reasonable, professional installation of quality products in a timely manner and I felt valued as a customer.

They know their product very well, it's limitations and it's qualities. The staff I have interacted with are always very knowledgeable and have a great attitude. They quote on the projects I bring them and the price is always competitive and the installation is on time. I will be working with Bordt & Sons again in the future.
