We have known Brad for a few years now and feel very fortunate to have had him involved in the building process of our house in Grand Lake. We were introduced to him after staying in one of his cabins downtown Grand Lake. We really liked a lot of the ideas he had in those cabins and we were able to incorporate those into our build. Our project was done from 1000 miles away and Brad was very accommodating. He is very professional and easy to get along with. Our finished project is unbelievable. He is open to suggestions and works around schedule and project changes with ease. I would highly suggest using Cabin Architecture and Brad for your architectural needs.

We couldn't be happier with the home Brad designed for us in Grand Lake! We got exactly the space-efficient, comfortable layout we had hoped for. Visitors are shocked how much bigger our place feels than the square footage would suggest. We have an amazing amount of space for 1000+ square feet. The built in storage areas behind the spare bedroom doors, under the dining area bench and beside the fireplace are wonderful for storing "stuff". Radiant heating is perfect; even heat and no dust like from forced air heat. The bench and storage space in the room entered from outside or the garage is a perfect "mud room". Having three bedrooms and two full baths in this space seems almost impossible but is a big plus. The large windows and high ceilings in the dining, living and kitchen area makes it seem quite large. The benches are a must and are used often. The drop down ladder in the garage is great for seasonal storage. We love our mountain home!

I have been working with Brad for over 20 years. Brad has the ability to squeeze out every inch of living space out of his floor plans. It is not that the spaces are small, they are efficient. Brad's been building a very high quality homes in the Grand Lake, Colorado area for many years and has a reputation for not "cutting corners" during construction. I would recommend Brad to anyone looking to get an interesting cabin, with many features like log accents, great designs, energy efficiency, with a cozy feel.

Working with Brad was a real pleasure! He took the fundamental ideas and vision we had for our home and brought them into reality. Brad designed a beautiful 5 bedroom, four and a half bathroom home which we fell in love with. The open layout , the flow, all take advantage of making the lake the focal point of every room. Such a well designed house. My family says I can sell our house in Denver, our condo in Florida but this house is our family base!
