Bret did a great job turning an unfinished space into a bedroom/bathroom. The project included adding a second story window in addition to the usual walls, sheetrock, flooring, tile, etc. The project took longer than expected, but we were happy with the end result. He was very detailed in the billing and stayed on budget.

Bret's homes are beautifully built - such great detail. I bought one of his homes back in October and I am still IN LOVE with it. He is very easy to work with and you can tell he takes pride in what he does. I would highly recommend Bret Franks Constructions, Inc. and if I ever decided to build a new home (which I plan on living in this one FOREVER), I would hire Bret.

I was very pleased with the remodel work that Bret Franks Construction Company did on my 1921 cottage. He and his team took out an existing wall between the sunroom and bedroom, completely painted, braced the floor, and truly made it into a "master bedroom." Bret stayed on top of things and the job was completed quickly and efficiently. I was very impressed by the business like way things were handled. I am looking forward to another project soon with Bret Franks. They are the best!

We hired Bret to remodel a small fixer upper. We are more than happy with the outcome! We love it! Bret worked with us to help design the best space for our family. He was open to our requests to change/tweak things along the way. Bret was very conscientious of our budget which is very important - it would be very easy for it to get out of hand quickly with a remodel. His crew was efficient, nice and prompt to address any of our concerns. We hope to expand in a few years and we will definitely be calling Bret to do the job. We cannot say enough good things about him and his crew! They did a great job!

I am very particular and difficult to please; yet, Bret Franks far exceeded my expectations. We hired Bret to complete several projects around our house. The biggest two projects included almost completely re-doing the exterior and a total gut and renovation of the master bathroom. Bret was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. He was able to identify problem areas that we didn't even realize needed repair, and Bret was very cost-conscious when he chose his building materials. Bret was always available to answer questions, had great ideas for our project, and incorporated our ideas and wishes into the design. We felt like we were in great hands from the beginning. If we still lived in the area we would definitely use Bret Franks Construction again.
