We had a large project including kitchen, laundry room, and bathroom renovation. Brian and Cody from Riverview Properties were outstanding to work with. They were friendly, reliable, dependable and did excellent work. They were easy to talk to and kept us well informed of problems and progress and what to expect and when. We felt that we were all a team working together. It was a pleasure working with them and the results were phenomenal. We couldn't be more pleased.

This was my second remodeling contract in my home. I booked Riverview for a kitchen remodel after using another contractor on a multiple bathroom contract. I don't expect every job to meet all of my expectations/wishes or that everything runs on time but I do expect good communication directly with my contractor. That is EXACTLY what I got with Riverview! This second experience felt like it was a partnership. Brian and Cody were informative, patient, and helped me problem solve through things when Plan A and even a Plan B failed. Brian and Cody predicted an accurate job time, showed up as planned, gave ample notice if they couldn't show, were easily available by text and yes, they came back to fix and tweak things. I never felt let down. The pricing,I believe, was fair and his invoices were easier to validate. It was a night and day experience from the first contractor! It was the experience that I had hoped for. I look forward to working with them again for my last and biggest remodeling project.

Doing a complete kitchen has its difficult moments, but with Brian and Cody with us every step of the way it all went really great. We will be calling them for our bathroom. Great craftsmanship made our unique kitchen more than we could have ever imagined! The project was finished in the estimated time, and they were here everyday till it was complete. Brian and his son Cody did such a great job on my home. They were receptive to my thoughts, and explained everything clearly when I was confused. The quality of their work was top notch, and the estimated time frame was hit almost exactly. I was very comfortable with them working on my home as I saw they treated it with respect and were just overall awesome to work with. Even when I had to change up some things on them, they both took it in stride and completed the project. I now have two beautiful bathrooms and a brand new floor. Brian is an excellent communicator, and consistently was updating me on the project, Pricing was very good and clear- there were absolutely ZERO hidden costs and he was completely honest thoughout the whole time. As a reference, I was quoted by two other contractors, and found Brian's quote to be the best- not only on the price, but also on the way everything was broken down and organized, giving me a sense of peace for such a large project. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking- I cannot speak anymore to their professionalism and the quality of their work. .

Riverview Properties are A1 contractors. We hired them to freshen up our kitchen. They were very flexible with their time management and our kitchen turned out a lot better than we thought. We would definitely hire them again for our next project. We Loved everything they did from the new floor, center island, installed a new patio sliding door and painted the first floor of our house. We love our new updated bathroom, it's a huge improvement to our home. Brian & Cody were reliable, friendly, professional & respectful. This company is very professional. We are very happy with their work. We hired them for kitchen remodeling and my kitchen looks beautiful. They finished the job on time. We had to remove a wall and move electric. They did everything. We are very happy and would recommend them.

We have been using this company for several years both in our last house and our current one. When we moved into our current house last year we needed a lot of work done on the property - plumbing, lighting, new flooring throughout, every room needed to be painted and the basement needed to be converted into a living space. Riverview completed everything to the highest standard and nothing was too much trouble for them, even the small things. Very professional company, and most importantly, very pleasant to work with.

Brian and his son took down a bearing wall and redone our living room to kitchen for us. Everything went smooth from construction, Permits & Inspectors. Great work and very neat job. Also prices are very reasonable compared to others. I would higher recommend them.

Brian/Cody came in and removed a load bearing wall in our house that separated the living room/dining room/kitchen. They did a nice job and stuck to the original outlined cost of the project despite some complications with the town permitting process. They were helpful and answered all of our questions along the way. Our space looks completely different now and is just the way we hoped it would turn out
