I have known Brian Patterson for about 30 years. My home was the first home he had designed and built from dirt up. Since then, he has designed things for me over the years. Including a fabulous steam shower bathroom he designed for me and is now being built by my contractor. He has great ideas and wonderful spatial awareness of how things need to flow and make sense. I wouldn't pick and paint color without his advice!

Had an amazing experience with BPD. We did a whole house renovation, we had initial plans from our architect which we were super excited about, Brian came in and made adjustments that took the layout and vision over the edge. He helped us select all the finishes listened to our preferences and steered us in the right direction when needed. I love how our home looks and even more how much better it functions for our family we are so grateful!

Brian and his team designed and executed a total renovation of my 75 year old house that had not undergone a major renovation in 30 years. He reconfigured the layout in a way that I never imagined to enlarge primary bathroom and kitchen and make the house more functional. In guiding me through the selection of finishes and fabrics, he was sensative to my esthetic and helped me incorporate a number of family pieces into the design. I feel like I have a completely new home that honors the age and design of the house and incorporates my family history. Brian and his team always made themselves available to answer my questions and concerns and maintained a great working relationship with the contractor who executed his designs. I have been overjoyed with the results and consistently receive compliments from my friends over the renovation and design. I cannot speak highly enough of Brian and his team.

I continue to be impressed with Brian Patterson and his team. We contracted Brian to design an addition for our home, adding a master bedroom, basement, and sunroom. Brian was very accommodating to our desire to approach the project in phases rather than all at once and incorporated that into his designs. What most impressed me about Brian was his attention to detail. In projects I've worked on in the past, a lot of things can get lost in conversation, but Brian writes everything down. The project plan he creates for the general contractor who will ultimately be doing the work is incredibly easy for us to parse and gives us confidence the project will be done correctly. I couldn't recommend Brian enough.

Brian and his team are incredibly knowledgeable and made the process of planning the major renovation of our home smooth. They listened to our budget and concerns and helped guide us towards options and ideas that met our goals.
