Bright-Mann Contracting, Inc. is a team of highly skilled brick , stone and concrete craftsmen and project managers who are committed to making sure all the details of a project are accurately handled. Formed in January 1997, Bright-Mann is run by Matthew Fulbright who has worked in the industry as an installer of landscape, masonry, and concrete construction for 25 years. We believe strongly in using the best materials available to us, and installing those materials to create the highest quality and aesthetical finished product. We believe strongly in educating our customers about the type of materials and the construction techniques we promote.

Matthew, Matt and team designed and created a stunning stamped concrete patio for our family. It really showcases the back of our home and backyard along with our awesome composite deck built by Aesthetic Design and Build. I was very fortunate to work with both companies together who have partnered on projects often. The combined teams gave me great confidence that everything would turn out well on a very tight schedule while battling near freezing temperatures. I especially enjoyed talking with and learning from Matthew about the stamped patio build process. You can tell Matthew is very passionate about what he does. Matt is very meticulous with the pour, scoring the border, applying appropriate curves, stamping and applying the appropriate colors. My wife and I were amazed at the color options as well. Thanks again to Bright-Mann for far exceeding our high expectations. We enjoyed the journey.

Bright-Mann has just finished our stamped patio, driveway, walkway, and front steps. We could not be happier with the job that they have done. Every morning they showed up before 8, worked in the hot sun, and religiously started cleaning up about 4 to leave for the day. We had at least 2 men on the job, everyday, until concrete pour day, and then about 7 or 8 well trained men, were there, waiting for the truck and organizing everything to be prepared for the arrival. I can not say enough good about Matthew and team, for the competent way they handled our project, right down to advising us about picking out colors for the stamped concrete, to counseling us on driveway and side walk ideas. Our investment, in our property, obviously meant a lot to us, and dealing with Bright-Mann, helped make our big project, a little less daunting. Matthew, one of the owners was the man, that we dealt with from the beginning, and if ever we had a question, Matthew was the man that came to our aid. We would like to say good words also, about Tory and Anthony, the men that showed up everyday and did what they said they would do. There is something to be said about their efficiency. Thanks for always being here for us. Professional right down to the last day, coming back to pick up everything that could have been missed. Thank you Bright-mann for being proficient at what they were trained to do. I have passed this company name along to a sister and a neighbor. Comforting to know there are still companies like this out here.

Project was designed and built well. Finish and follow up was less than expected. New concrete was sealed with dirty sealer and applied leaving unsightly marks and lines. One portion of patio was scarred beyond repair. Company informed us they cannot or will not repair and are seeking full payment. We are in the design/construction business and are disturbed by this company's attitude toward a dissatisfied customer. Would not recommend.

We did have an issue initially with the sealing where wind blew grass clippings/debris on a small area of the new back patio while we were applying the sealer. We applied a chemical to remove the debris which mildly discolors the paraffin (wax) in the Cure and Seal compound that was installed. The customer informed us at end of their project that they were not completely satisfied with the sealed concrete, and the visual darker and lighter areas of the colored concrete. We informed them that it can take a period of time for the darker areas of the concrete to lighten up due to the the purposeful delayed concrete curing. We agreed with customer to give it a few months (before they pay us the remainder owed) for the concrete to cure out. After approximately 5 months we contacted customer to schedule a time to meet to re-look at concrete in which customer did not respond for a couple of weeks. When customer finally returned our call we then saw that the concrete work that we performed had mostly cured out (you can view cured out concrete pictures below). Flat colored concrete work (when no stamp pattern is added) is initially far easier to spot small color imperfections. The customers expectations for colored outdoor concrete seem to be unrealistic. It is unfortunate that the customer is still not satisfied, but we are very proud of the work performed at this job. We don't ever receive any negative reviews and always try our very best to please our customers. We are friendly, responsive, and overall want all customers to love their new space that we create for them. It is unfortunate that the customer is unsatisfied with such a beautiful outdoor living space and still have refused to pay the remainder of what is owed.

We had a wonderful experience with Bright-Mann Contracting. Matthew and his staff did an absolute amazing job on our patio. We started with no patio at all and he came in and told us his professional advice. We went with it! His team went above and beyond to get us what we needed. My husband and I have used the patio almost every day since it has been installed. It's our little oasis. Matthew and his staff were very professional and always kept us informed on the status of their work. We highly recommend Bright-Mann Contracting.

This was the best experience I've had with a contractor! Bright Mann Contracting was very professional and punctual. I received a quote for the work to be done and Matthew went over all my options of products to choose from. Then a crew of professional contractors showed up to do the work. They were very easy to work with and didn't act irritated to explain things to me. They also cleaned up the work site and the street area when the job was finished. Great job Bright-Mann Contracting!

We were introduced to Matthew and his crew through Aesthetic Design and Build. These 2 companies collaborated to give us a gorgeous deck/patio combination. Matthew and his team were fabulous to work with, easy to get a hold of, and helped us talk through designs and colors to give us the perfect stamped concrete patio! Our patio was nothing but circles and curves, but they framed it with ease and made it look exactly as we discussed. We also requested a two-tone circular fire pit area with 2 different stamp textures. Yet again, even though our design was a bit tricky, it turned out EXCELLENT! We couldn't be happier with our experience with the company and with the results of our patio. Highly recommend them to anybody!

The project contracted for was a sizable patio with very few square corners or straight edges. We also opted for a stamped and died finish. The project was delayed a few days due to weather which is not under their control. Once the project started it was their priority till completed. We could not have been more pleased with the work. The quality of the job made it a great value and after almost a year it still looks as great as the day it was done. They have also kept in contact with us for future maintenance requirements for sealing the patio so that it continues to look great for years to come. I would recommend Bright-Mann Contracting,Inc to anyone needing work of this kind. The one thing that was very apparent to me was that Mathew loves his work and it shows through in the attitudes of everyone in his crew. My wife and I would have no problems should they wish to show our work to possible future customers wanting to view the work they have done. I would also be happy to submit photos to them for them to use should they want them.
