My husband and I hired Brink Custom Homes in 2005 after purchasing a home in Incline Village that needed a complete remodel. We loved the view and the quiet street, but the house had only one working bathroom, no working kitchen and needed much more than just 'an update' style wise. We needed a professional design builder that could take us from conception to completion with as little stress and insanity as possible! John and his team did not disappoint. We worked closely with Brink Custom Homes on a daily basis for the duration of the 2.5 year remodel, and consequently have nothing but respect and admiration for their work ethic, quality of work and craftsmanship. Since completion our home has been featured in Reno Magazine and was on last years AAUW Home and Garden Tour. We constantly recieve compliments on our superbly constructed, beautiful home and are so happy to have chosen Brink Custom Homes to work with us!

This work is still in progress but I wanted to write a review. The project has involved demolition of an existing structure, significant blasting to prepare a difficult uphill site and constructing a multilevel home. We selected John after interviewing several large and small firms in the Tahoe/Reno area. The selection was based upon several factors. Demonstrated exception attention to detail and quality. Personality. Planning and job management. And having a designer on staff fully integrated into the work form the beginning to the end. We are very pleased and it has been a pleasure to work with John and his staff. It's taken longer than we planned but that would be our only issue and much of this has just been the nature of the job. Highest recommendation.
