About Us

With zero upfront cost to you, FlipGreat renovates your "fixer" home in 30-45 days with our money and expertise so you can sell for the highest possible price. At the close of escrow, we split the value created—aligning our goals and incentives. We only make money if we make you money. Since 2014, for every $1.00 we spent on improvements, our projects sold for $2.56 more. On average, this has earned our clients an additional $141,316. Our goal is to provide you a stress-free experience all while making you more money. You can rest assured knowing your project is in capable hands. Our founder’s work has been featured in the Wall St. Journal, LA Business Journal, and Fox Business. More importantly, we’ve made our clients money on every project

We had many questions about the quality and structure of our project. Chris dug deep into the details and provided a lot of concrete information — and quickly!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Bruce (Sensitive Information Hidden) at FlipGreat and my experience with them has been an outstanding journey of professionalism, expertise, and trust. FlipGreat stands out not only for their exceptional negotiating skills and financial acumen but also for their remarkable construction and design expertise, making them a true powerhouse in the home flipping industry. Thankfully, they have figured out how to unlock the equity potential in real estate from A to Z, while making the entire journey smooth and stress-free. Real Estate has lots of potential if you know what you are doing and can be a disastrous learning curve if you do not know what you are doing (including not being aware of the potential…aka opportunity loss/cost!). Which is why I called Bruce/FlipGreat and very glad I did. Before you make a decision on your property, give them a call first!

Bruce and Aaron were great to work with. They did a fantastic home renovation. They were professional and thorough. When the property was sold, we got well over the asking price. The new owners were given a book of all the work done and the licensed contractor's contact info who did the work. I highly recommend them.

Bruce and his team at FlipGreat are the consummate professionals at taking a home from "Blah" to" Wow" in a timely fashion. They add tremendous value to your home allowing it to sell for top dollar. Most buyers these days do not have the time, energy, resources, design savvy, funds, and desire to transform a home to be move-in ready the way FlipGreat can. Present your home in the best light as it is one of the two things you have control over to achieve top results. You will find that having professionals take on this project is so very worth it when you sell your home after it has been refreshed and reimagined. I would wholeheartedly recommend you reach out for a consultation to learn more about how FlipGreat can help you.

As an architect working in Los Angeles over the past two decades, I've seen it all, good and bad. Bruce and his team are among the very best and I cannot recommend them highly enough. His attention to detail and ability to get the absolutely best value for his clients is unmatched; in an industry where so much can be difficult, he's a pleasure to work with; and most importantly, he delivers on what he promises. I recommend without any reservations whatsoever.

FlipGreat is the perfect partner when a property needs improvement to maximize its potential. Bruce is a master at seeing what needs to be done and his execution is on point, market relevant, cost effective and flawless. The work is always top quality and in line with current trends (sometimes even ahead of them, Bruce is that good!). I highly recommend FlipGreat!
