Cianci Construction

Bruce Cianci of Cianci Construction is nothing short of OUTSTANDING!!! He recently completed a multiyear project of demolishing a 60 year old home and building us a new home from scratch. I had heard all the nightmares about building a home. However, our experience was a dream, culminating in our dream home. From start to finish, it was a pleasure. He did what he promised and much much more. He was always true to his word and I never felt that he did anything that bordered on self-dealing. I felt like my trusted brother was building my home. The quality of his subcontractors and his supervision of them was fantastic. I was provided with monthly statements outlining the work completed and detailed billing. There was no "wing it" type of billing. Lastly, he stands by his work even after the project was completed dealing with some small issues. I cannot recommend a finer professional.

Bruce was quite helpful to me and answered all of my questions. He was very thorough and professional. Excellent company!

Speaking as one of the fortunate designers that have had the opportunity of working with Cianci Construction I know they can turn any idea into reality. This is critically important with all projects, irrespective of the budget. If it can be done you will hear the word 'yes' and a plan to do it. Bruce Cianci, who I have known for since 2007 was trained as an Architect so aesthetic & functional details that many builder's miss do not go astray under his supervision. This makes my job easier and the client's a lot happier.

We had a raw unit and I had Cianci construction do all the finishing including flooring lighting and redoing the entire kitchen. Also included painting and plumbing and Venician plaster.

Cianci Construction handled a remodel of my home in 2012, The initial scope of the project was an external remodel that consisted of: - Reroof from shingle to metal - Restructure of the roof to eliminate a flat segment that was a perennial leakage problem - Change out of older doors to newer windstorm resistant versions - Addition of external cosmetic design features such as window highlights and entry arches. There were several unforeseen issues encountered during this project had to be resolved. The most significant of these were differences in the original house plans between as drawn and as built along with older unknown termite damage. My overall experience with Cianci Construction was uniformly positive. There was a consistent, open dialog concerning costs and options as we proceeded and this was particularly important as we encountered the above mentioned issues Management of subcontractors was a particular strength along with willingness to look at alternate approaches to address the unforeseen issues. Cianci has my highest possible recommendation.

Bruce of Cianci Construction is not only talented, but he is thorough and thoughtful. He is currently building a large addition to our home and he has been on top of every detail from day one. He is at the job site everyday overseeing construction. He meets with us regularly to discuss every detail just to make sure we love every square inch. We are so excited about our project, largely because Bruce is making the experience fun.
