As an architect I have known and had the opportunity to work with Van and Van for several years now. Not only are they talented and skilled contractors, they are exceptional people and a pleasure to work with. They are excellent communicators, responsive and always approach projects as a team effort. One of the traits I look for as an architect when recommending a contractor is that the contractor respects our role as architect, adheres to the plans and keeps us aprised and in the loop during the construction process. I have always found communication a strong suit of Van and Van and willing to insure that the construction process is a cohesive team approach. Their quality and attention to detail is at a high level and they truly care about the finished product. Their work, their relationships, the client and the end result is important to them and they approach projects with that in mind. They are good people and they are good at what they do.
