Gehman Design Remodeling

Gehman Design Remodeling just finished a kitchen remodel for us. Within 10 minutes of the Tyler, the Remodeling Consultant, arriving he proposed a change to the kitchen design that provided much more open space and flexibility. Moving forward the Tyler and Aaron helped us fill in many of the details we didnt consider and presented us a visual design that was perfect! None of this process was rushed. One of the best aspects of Gehman Design Remodeling was assigning a permanent Project Manager from start to end of construction. Josh was our Project manager and he was the best! He was a master in all construction areas yet paid attention to all of the fine details as well. He and his crew delivered a great kitchen that met all of our requirements and makes the kitchen a new centerpiece of our home. We would definitely use Gehman Design Remodeling again!

I hired this company to create a new kitchen design. The company rep was very easy to work with and he did come up with a very good design for my kitchen. I was planning on hiring this company to complete the remodeling work, however; the price quoted for the work was well above my budget. I found another contractor who came up with a different design (no charge) and is able to complete the kitchen remodel work within my budgeted amount. Gehman has an excellent reputation for their design and workmanship. If my house was worth over $500K I would most likely have hired them to do the remodeling work.

Gehman's Builders have very personal and professional employees. They respected our privacy and helped us decide the best case scenario for our home.

From the design phase to the completion of the last item on the punch list, Gehman Remodeling was thorough, efficient and respectful. 5-24-1997, Gehman helped us design & build a 2 story, 1700 Sqr ft, Addition to our home. Addition included: Family Rm, Study, Master Bedroom, On-Suite master bath & an office, back pateo, total new roofing & total vinyl siding. We are still Extremely please w/ the quality of Craftmanship, code of Christian ethics of whole Gehman Team, Follow-Up & correction of any issues in a timely manner; Addition was done on time & on budget. We are still enjoying our extra space. No complaints at all. 5-4-2004, Dennis Gehman, redirected our sump pump ground water piping, & repaved our entire asphalt Driveway. Had a major renovation , half our lower level converted into a large kitchen and dining area. Beautiful cabinetry , large island, tray ceiling. New windows, laundry room. Designed beautifully with our tastes in mind. It took around 3 months , we became friends with those who worked at our home, work was meticulous and everyone made sure we were satisfied with every aspect of the project. We were happy when it was completed of course, although we missed seeing some of the wonderful people who worked on our home everyday.
