After buying our home in Santa Clarita, we knew pretty quickly that we wanted to open up the kitchen and update a few other areas before really settling in. The project turned into a pretty big renovation with open-concept kitchen with a large island and farmhouse sink, guest bathroom with an alcove tub, new engineered wood flooring throughout, interior paint, and removing the old fireplace. I worked with Edo through a lot of the decisions and what I liked was that he didn’t overcomplicate things. If something made sense, he explained why, and if there was a better or more practical way to do it, he was straight with us. There were obviously a lot of moving parts with a renovation this size, but communication was consistent and I always felt like I knew what was going on. Really appreciated the way Edo handled the project and the accountability he brought to it.

We spoke with several contractors, and the estimates were all over the place. My wife and I kept putting off our bathroom and powder room remodel because the choices, mess, and fear of costs getting out of control felt overwhelming. I am probably not the easiest client to work with. I ask a lot of questions, I pay attention to details, and I changed my mind more than once during the project. Buildwright handled it professionally from start to finish. We remodeled most of the interior of our Toluca Lake home, including custom cabinetry, flooring, paint, and a complete kitchen renovation. There were a few moments where I wasn't sure about certain design choices, and they took the time to walk through everything without making me feel rushed. What impressed me most was the finish work. The little details that most people don't notice right away are what make the entire project feel high-end. Months later, everything still looks and functions exactly as it should. That's what matters most.

We just finished our project and it turned out wonderful from the beginning our project manager was polite on time and made us feel comfortable about taking this next step in our renovations something that hasn't been done in decades in our house we first had the bathroom redone flooring countertops and relocating the shower after that we started the bigger project of redesigning the kitchen this started by meeting with their designer to draft up the renderings. We redid everything From the flooring cabinets tore down two load bearing walls then painted the dining room hallway and living room the tech was in constant communication with us and always welcomed our questions at any time they kept us informed of the progress and collected payment along the way after each task was completed if there is something you don't like they are more than willing to adjust and redo anything if needed as long as you openly communicate with them You'll have an amazing outcome That is better than you imagined.
