We previously had Burgin remodel our kitchen and bathrooms at our townhome in 2003. We were so happy with the results we contacted them again in 2019 to remodel our kitchen and den in our new home. We are thrilled with the results. Anyone who sees it for the first time normally has the same response: “Oh my gosh!!! It’s so beautiful!!” Any company has the potential for doing great work, but it’s rare you receive both great work and great customer service. We are so pleased that we selected Burgin Design Remodel to update two of our bathrooms. From the first moment that I contacted Rhonda with Burgin Construction,Inc. to the last moment (being the final job inspection,) I could not have chosen a better company to design and build my master bedroom and dual baths addition/remodel. Mr. Brad Burgin, along with his interior design expert, Ms. Joni Owen, worked out a floor plan that not only would accomplish my goals and meet my particular needs but would also be within my budget. Ms. Owen worked tirelessly with me to complete the interior design aspects and helped me throughout that phase to develop a project plan that reflected my style; her expert guidance was invaluable! The project manager, Mr. Jeff Vivona, oversaw every aspect of the project from start to finish with a diligent demand that the job be done to my satisfaction. He demonstrated terrific leadership qualities; his straightforward, competent ability to manage the project soon gained my trust and I was never disappointed with the results. He consistently maintained a confident while respectful supervision over his team and I would very often depend on his expertise whenever I had a decision to make about the project. The crew were all terrific and my project could not have been built by a better team of individuals each dedicated to their particular job. Without exception, everyone involved was professional, courteous and always mindful of my living space. The end result is an amazing, 100% completed project that also remained with the budget; I could not be any happier with the outcome of doing business with Burgin Construction,Inc.!!!

We searched for several years to find a contractor that would transform our outdated 1960s bathrooms into something beautiful and functional but honor the mid-century feel of the house with quality construction. We were so happy to find Burgin Construction. They listened carefully to our concerns, noted our priorities and offered some great ideas that we incorporated into the final design. Their designer was great to work with and very patient as we changed our minds through the process. Burgin started work on time and as promised; they stayed on the job each day and worked clean the entire time. Their crews were always polite, professional and knowledgable. When other stuff would come up unrelated to the original project, they added that into the scope of work and got it done. I especially liked how they utilized Builder Trends to post their work schedule, work orders and changes as well as all the related documents so we could access them at any time and keep track of our project. We would happily hire them again and appreciated their detailed attention to our project. Highly recommend!

We would recommend Burgin Construction to anyone in Southern California that is planning a remodel of their house, particularly if the remodel includes the kitchen and bathrooms. Burgin is a local family company. Brad and Rhonda Burgin live in Tustin, so you know where to find them. The quality of their work and of their contractors is excellent. We remodeled our kitchen and downstairs bathroom, then hired them again to remodel our 3 more bathrooms all of the upstairs floors, both wood and carpeted and create an office space in our back bedroom plus we replaced several windows. Then we hired them again to remodel our garage. All of these projects with stops between new projects were spread over 3 years, so we had plenty of time between projects to judge our satisfaction with their work. The communication with Burgin was and is excellent, by phone, in person and electronically. Brad has a calm professional character that was helpful for my wife and I to stay calm through all the work. Some clients might misinterpret Brad's style as too easy going with no sense of urgency....they would be mistaken. We would hire Burgin Construction again if we have another project. We are not related to the Burgins nor did we know them before we hired them.

Consistently excellent craftsmanship with attention to detail. Equally important is their project management. They keep the customer advised of the status of the job versus the estimated cost and timeline. Their primary focus is customer satisfaction.

I have used the Burgin Construction company for 6 major remodeling projects in our home within the last 12 years. These projects include complete kitchen remodel, bath shower and laundry room remodel, the rework of our complete oak stair case. They have reworked an upstairs bed room into an office with built in cabinets. The last project was the remodel of the outside of our home by replacing the old cedar shingles with cement siding and replacing several windows. Burgin stands behind his work for the life of your home ownership. When you find a contractor that you can trust and is always there for you, there is no reason to use anyone else. Their level of craftmanship is outstanding and Burgin and his team always stay close to every project. I would not allow anyone else to work on my home.

Burgin Construction provides first class work and design. Their team is great! Love having the ability to work with their designer Tamara and go on shopping trips to help select the perfect tile, granite, knobs and pulls, cabinets, etc. Their project manager Chris is very responsive and over sees the job continually, almost daily. We did a complete kitchen remodel and three bathrooms, including the master bath, as well as the laundry room and linen cabinets. We couldn't be happier with the finished design!

In March of 2002, we had contracted with Burgin Construction to remodel our kitchen. Brad Burgin came to our house and discussed options and possibilities for our kitchen design based on our wish list. He was also very helpful in identifying and locating all the various materials needed for our dream kitchen. He set up a reasonable schedule, from demo to job completion and also identified whom to expect for the various phases of the construction. All his crew members were very courteous, hard workers and did an excellent job, and on schedule. We had our dream kitchen! Based on the excellent work that Burgin Construction did on our kitchen, we called Brag Burgin again in April 2010, to give us an estimate for redesigning our Master Bathroom. We again told Brad what we wanted in our new master bathroom and he came up with a design that was exactly what we wanted. What was new this time was, he was able to give us a better feel and looks of the new bathroom with computer graphic drawings. Again he set up a schedule which all of his various trade specialists met and did a great job. The tile work was especially good. In fact all his people, as they performed like in the first job, were great. They always work hard and cleaned up nicely each day.

We did a whole house remodel of our 1972 home with new plumbing including gas, wiring, ductwork, FAU and A/C, three fireplaces, insulation and extensive earthquake upgrades. All new kitchen and three baths, and mostly new drywall.

Our home is in Southern CA and we hired Burgin Construction to do our complete remodel. We had a wonderful working relationship with Brad and Rhonda Burgin and all of our concerns were addressed before we signed the contract for the work we needed to have done. Brad and Rhonda were only a phone call or an email away to answer any and all questions during the process. Brad has surrounded himself with a crew that is very skilled, professional, knowledgeable and polite. No concern was too small or too large to be handled. Not only was the crew respectful to us, they were respectful of the neighborhood and our neighbors. The remodel Burgin Construction did on our home exceeded our expectations. New Kitchen. Removed and replaced kitchen. From conception to completion not a single complaint. Patient, attention to detail, excellent workmanship, helpful, responsive, protective of our home and belongings. Started and completed as promised. Their pricing was in line with their competitors. I cannot say enough good things about Burgin Construction. We remodeled the main areas of our house, so that our elderly dad could “age in place” and stay with us, for as long as we are able to care for him. Brad and Rhonda Burgin are knowledgeable and extremely competent in doing this type of project. Every detail was handled beyond our expectations (from guiding the design and construction of our master bathroom no-dam, roll-in shower and remodeling our open floor plan kitchen) to staying in close communication with us every step of the way. We had specific requirements for completion, and Brad and his team hit every deadline within his control. No surprise cost over-runs, yet additions to the original contract were carefully planned, discussed and guided. Every improvement to our initial design was made with our budget, satisfaction, and needs in mind, rather than in my previous experiences whereby other companies bid low to get the job, then were continually “up-selling” along the way. I loved the customer-first, no-surprises approach and honest, respectful, work done by every person in the process (jobsite cleaned nightly, doorways and walls always protected, etc.). Burgin Construction will definitely be doing phase two of our remodel, up the road.

Full house remodel, both inside and out. Every room got touched. We were stymied in the design stage by a single problem - our kitchen was going to be too narrow for an island, and the designer worked hard over many months for a solution to no avail. But then we invited Brad Burgin in to advise. He suggested moving one wall just 6 inches and that allowed us to get our dream kitchen. Plenty of room for an island with a sink. Burgin employees are artists at everything from fine woodwork installation to matching huge stucco patches. The painting subs were superb. They took their time in being absolutely precise. Other subs were excellent. Follow-up has been superb even many months after project completion.

Burgin Construction did an excellent job remodeling our bathrooms, tile/stone work, utility room, hallways, crown molding, painting, electrical LED retrofits, and plumbing. I would recommend them to anyone who desires quality work.

Bath/shower remodeled. Fantastic staff and beautiful craftmanship. Kitchen repaird after water pipe leak....beaugiful craftmanship, Staff always receptive to our needs. Fast response to every request and concern. On time every day and their clean up was great Easy to talk with, answered all our questions. Burgin Construction has remodeled our whole house. The first project, four years ago, was turning our kitchen, living room and dining room into a great room. At that same time we also transformed the entryway and hallway, replacing all doors and casings. We completely love the results that include many space saving built-ins. Every corner is now usable space and the bead board wainscot unifies the whole house. Two summers ago we remodeled our master bathroom, again changing the whole layout and creating more livable space including more coveted storage. Our last project, completed just recently, was the hall bathroom. It is as beautiful and functional as the first two projects. Burgin Construction is not inexpensive, but you can count on the work being done right. They focus on details.

The entire Burgin team is top-notch. They use the best subcontractors and make sure they are happy, but expect the best results from them and hold them accountable. They provided everything we needed - from design consultation to helping pick out fixtures and appliances, with great advice every step of the way.

Burgin Construction is as professional and experienced as you can get. We hired them to do a complete remodel of the entire first floor of our home. This was our second experience with a general contractor. Our first experience was NOT good. Brad and Rhonda are EXCELLENT! Communication is key and they were always available during our project. Burgin Construction remodeled our kitchen in 2010 and then four bathrooms in 2011. The whole team was nothing but professional and always had a caring approach about the outcome of each and every project. The crew was easy to talk with, and respectful of our wants and needs. As a result, we now have a beautiful kitchen and four lovely bathrooms.

We had the kitchen and family room remodeled. All new cabinets were installed, new appliances, walls painted, molding, and granite countertops. Project finished just a little longer than estimated due to the special painting on the cabinets. The cost was within budget. The workers were very friendly, hard working, and careful. Any minor fixes that were needed were attended to quickly. We are quite satisfied with the results.
