Butler Armsden Architects is an award-winning, high-end residential architecture firm in the Pacific Heights neighborhood of San Francisco. Leading the office is Lewis Butler, who received his formal training at Stanford University and Harvard’s Graduate School of Design. He then joined the distinguished firm of William Turnbull and Associates before founding Butler Armsden with his wife, Catherine Armsden, in 1985. For over 25 years the firm has specialized in new and remodeled homes in San Francisco, Napa Valley, Sonoma, Stinson Beach and Atherton with a diverse portfolio that includes everything from a new townhouse in San Francisco to a family cabin amidst cornfields in Yolo County.

Commented: Lovely kitchen, What color light did you choose? Hi, thanks for asking. We used Halo recessed lights with MR16 bulbs. The color temperature of the MR16s is quite warm at approximately 3000K and they warm even more as they dim. We do think that 400...
