Caltia Construction did an amazing job on my new apartment complex. Mr. Perez was very helpful through out the process, communication was outstanding with updates and inputs on the building. His knowledge in the industry standards and regulations facilitated the project completion. The end results surpassed my expectations, looking forward to continue to partner up with Caltia Construction for future projects.

This is the 5th home we have bought in the past 11 years and will probably be our last. For the first time we were in close contact with the owner and builder of the property we bought Raul Perez of Caltia construction. Once we closed he personally gave us the keys at the house and gave us a rundown of how everything worked in the house and where things were. He even threw in the built in sound system and a microwave. He gave us his personal cell phone number and a 1 year warranty on any problems with the house. He along with realtor Claudia Reyes were there every step of the way to make sure the buying process went smoothly. They were there to make sure the house was ready when we moved in. In the other 4 houses it usually goes like this you close on the house with the help of the realtor and you never even get to know the seller just his signature on the closing papers. Also once they've sold you the property good luck hearing from them or having them want to help you fix things that come along once you're living in the house. I was surprised to see the seller Raul Perez be so involved in the process. It was a great change to see. His houses have awesome use of the space and are very modern and beautiful. I highly recommend Raul Perez of Caltia Construction if you are considering buying or building a new home. You won't be dissapointed.

I must say, it was a pleasure working with Caltia Construction. Professionalism, work ethic and attention to detail are excellent. The availability for any questions and/or concerns showed the willingness for a job well done, as well as the expertise and experience during the construction of the project. Mr. Perez is a professional builder with strong work ethics, broad construction experience and a can-do attitude. Attention to detail is very important on commercial projects. On the construction side, for Supercuts salons, there's specifications to be met on many aspects, from colors, textures and materials, to fixtures, furniture and equipment settings. And there's also working permits, insurance requirements, municipal ordinance compliance to be met, etc. For the two salons I've opened, Mr. Perez, his team, and his network of professional specialists worked together to deliver a quality turnkey project on time, and on budget. There's so much involved in opening a business. Caltia equals peace of mind on the construction front. My highest recommendation!

Excellent work very professional. My four flex was completed on promised date with out any delay. Raul build my four flex like it was his own checking every detail of construction. Highly recommend and will definitely use him again on my next project.

The owner of Caltia, Mr. Perez, and his staff are a tremendous gift to this community. I recently hired Caltia to build a home in the McAllen, Texas area. As you can see from the 5 star rating, I am very pleased with the results. If I could give more stars, I would! Everything about the home that he build is high quality, from the materials used, the craftsmanship, the design, and his impeccable taste. In addition, I am amazed at how energy efficient this home is. My electric bill each month is at least half of normal. Mr. Perez himself has been over a few times to insure that all of my questions about the home are answered. He really cares about his work and his clients. As an aside, when I looked at options for the home, the refrain from various home improvement stores was the same: Mr. Perez has high integrity, does excellent work, delivers on time, and within budget. I couldn't agree more. Mr. Perez and the service he and Caltia provide are worth it's weight in gold.

I will like to start off by mentioning that Mr. Perez, the owner of Caltia Construction, is a really business oriented person, he will provide consulting, suggestions and recommendations for the project to turn out great. He personally helped to accomplish and get my first 4-plex this past year, he provided provided guidance and customer service all along the process. He answered all my questions and concerns in regards to the unit I was about to purchase. On the other hand, the quality of the materials and visuals of all his projects are done and look professional. You will notice the difference right away of a project built by Caltia Construction compared to another. This company uses the best, high quality amenities just to make sure the customer is happy. Customer specifications and expectations are met entity. I will definitely recommend doing business with Caltia Construction.

I hired Caltia after meeting with a couple other builders in McAllen that were recommended. At the end, I know I made the right decision because Caltia was the one that offered me the best value overall. It is common to hear that all builders are the same but reality is that not all used the best materials and/or labor. Plus, they allowed me to walk the construction several times to check on the process and bring up any issues so Raul (Caltia) could address and take care of it. I really like the knowledge and experience he has on energy efficiency which for me I was a key thing due to the high temperatures in this area. Great experience and I feel confident to make a recommendation to any anybody.
