Canaroma Bath & Tile

I walked into Canaroma with low expectations after being disappointed at 2 previous bath and tile companies. Let me tell you, I could not have been more pleased! Their selection is absolutely stunning and their service is incomparable. I also had the pleasure of speaking with Frank, who I later found out to be the General Manager. He was able to address all my questions and even told me to contact him directly if there was any issue no matter how small. You just can't find this kind of service anymore. I left feeling confident in all my selections and especially confident in choosing Canaroma!

Very poor experience. Had the wrong items shipped. Once paid for, Canaroma does not care any more. Do not deal with Nicholas. Also, they tried to double invoice. They misses shipped items causing double cost of contractors/installers due to missing items. There are other great option out there. You do not need to deal with this Company.

I have recently purchased floor and shower tiles from a wonderful sales representative named Faye. She was absolutely professional and cared for all my needs in detail. Every time I needed something she was quick to return my calls and took care of things immediately. I am most grateful for the experience at Canaroma and would recommend it to my friends and to seek out Faye for personal client care!

Very disappointed with the recent purchase and customer and sales service. I have been searching for a certain light vanity colours and unfortunately had to make a purchase fast as was worried that due to Covid the vanity would not arrive on time for my renovations. Unfortunately I did not get a clear communication regarding the colour, neither I was shown any samples and when vanity arrived instead of light colour I received a very dark one. This totally does not match my design and ruins the impression of my bathroom entirely. When I called the store, they assured me that they would find me a solution, however now, unfortunately a week after I have been told that “I spoke with our owner and unfortunately the request for return has been denied. the walnut will change over time and I do hope that you can make this work for you.” I did mention that it does NOT work for me, but no solution and now nobody is even picking up my phone.

We recently did a main floor home renovation and went to Canaroma for all our bathroom tiles, faucets, cabinets, bathroom fixtures, kitchen sink and faucet, and all our floor tiles. The service we received was above and beyond what we expected. All the staff we dealt with were very knowledgable and gave us great service. Thank you so much Canaroma.

Canaroma Bath & Tile has always been superior. NO GREAT THING IS CREATED SUDDENLY: Everything you ever wanted is in one BIG Complex, yet quite compact. And with Superior staff, such as Michael Mancini, there is no limit as to where your imagination can take you. LOOK – the word ‘disappointment’ does not exist here at Canaroma Bath & Tile. When faced with specific challenges; the best Managers that walk and achieve results is Rosario Mancini. They provide wonderful and complete service. In their hands, YOU are amongst the STARS***** So if you are the type of person who “think” that where you shop elsewhere is great, then “THINK” again. Open your horizons! SEE what everyone refuses to see out of conformity. TRANSCEND the ordinary. GO to Canaroma Bath & Tile. You can create Customer Service, but there is no consistency in the Customer Service. Canaroma learns their Customer Satisfaction prior to letting it go out, and you can always see it in the service they provide. Suffice to say - The EXTRA ordinary AWAITS YOU! People ask me all the time: “Why Canaroma?” I tell them it is my unmistakable choice. It is outstanding. It gives me EVERY THING I want and EVERY THING I need. Simple, isn’t it? PS- Rosario and Michael Mancini always wear stylish clothing and shoes, and I am very fascinated. So every now and then I visit Canaroma Bath & Tile just to admire their attire! They Rock! Canaroma staff are completely clueless in what they are doing. I personally had to deal with Chahe. I told him that I bought a 34x60in shower base and was looking for the shower of this size. Instead of checking in the catalogue the appropriate size he measured the floor model with a tape and told me it would fit. In fact it turned out the model he measured was 36in. I had to reorder the base as he was unwilling to cancel the order. I also ordered a few accessories one of which was damaged but he told me it is not returnable or exchangeable. Be aware of the store policies and check all items before accepting them from the driver!!! I don't recommend dealing with this store!!!

We recently did a full bathroom renovation & once again relied on Canaroma for our fixtures & for service. The assistants Gino & Michael helped us pick a tub, taps & a full shower system that suited our tastes, budget and overall decor. They pointed out the relative qualities of different price ranges in a friendly, knowledgeable manner. During our selection process we consulted them many times and were always welcomed. We changed our minds about certain items & were accommodated willingly. When issues with the installation arose they even put us in contact with the manufacturers representative who spoke directly with the plumber on site. An extra part had to be ordered from Italy and Shannon from the service area kept us informed constantly about the arrival time. Once again our whole experience was most rewarding.

Nice tile, bad customer service We started researching buying tile with Canaroma back the beginning of May. We purchased our tile beginning of June, with the sales person figuring out our tile needs with our measurements from our contractor. We were promised the tile in 2 weeks, it took 6. Our project is now weeks behind and our contractor has had to move on to his next job, our bathroom remains unfinished. The domino effect of not getting the tile in the promised time is very large. Now we are also left with packages of extra tile, with a response that we may not return the tile. A totally unsatisfactory experience. They have nice products but we won't buy from them again. We are out a lot of time, money, and especially patience!

I was looking for a replacement Zucchetti cartridge for the tap in my bathroom, and found Canaroma through Google. The service was excellent! The part had to be ordered in, and the staff were great at keeping me up to date on the order, and ensuring we received the part. I'd definitely recommend Canaroma.

Canaroma has a great selection. I can always find something for my clients according to their needs. Vanessa provides me with a really good service for all my projects.

When we renovated our home last year Canaroma Bath & Tile provided all our bath and kitchen fixtures as well as some floor tile. They were always pleasant and helpful making that part of the renovation stress free. Any issues we had were promptly answered and always solved to our satisfaction. We would like to thank Anthony and the entire service staff for helping us through this stressful time.
