We had an addition built outside, a small bathroom and a closet for pool supplies. The company went above and beyond to complete the project on time. Everything went smoothly and I loved that all my concerns were answered accordingly. This was a second project with Carakter. The first one was a few years ago when we moved to our new house and had to repaint the entire second floor. And again, everything was done perfectly. I highly recommend Carakter. You will be happy with this company. They have very high standards of customer service and if I need anything else to be remodeled or done in my house, I will ask Carakter to do it for me.

Working with Irina and Care-Kter has been a dream come true! Everyone I know is always complaining about bad contractors scamming them or doing a horrible job on their home remodeling projects. But Care-alter is really a step above all the rest. They were super organized with planning our kitchen remodel, and worked quickly when it came time to actually build everything out. I don’t say this lightly but I will never go with another remodeling company. My mom is a bit older and we wanted to remodel her kitchen and bathroom to make it more accessible for her. Care-kter exceeded all expectations! They finished everything ahead of schedule and even helped us assemble some furniture for the big reveal! Nick was incredibly kind through the entire process and went above and beyond to make sure the specifications fit all my mother’s needs and wants. Remodeling can be so taxing but they made my family feel entirely stress-free about the whole process! Bonus points for being a family company!!

I can't say enough good words about this company, their work ethic, and customer service. When I called them on a weekend for an estimate they were professional and polite. Fast forward two weeks later they installed hardwood floors and fully remodeled our bathroom. Recommend!

Mark and his crews did a fantastic job of remodelling our master bath to be more ADA friendly. We had a roll-in shower, and an ADA accessible sink installed and they removed two walls to make the toilet more wheelchair accessible. The tile work was complex and completed beautifully. All work was performed as per the contract and on schedule. The crews were polite and made very little dust and debris which was disposed of in a timely manner. Mark is a great project manager and was very aware of each ongoing step. We could also see progress and crew scheduling on our personal online calendar. I highly recommend Care-kter for any type of remodel or repair. We had no problems.

I received a flooring services from this company on 01/25/2021. The provided me with a reasonable price and the got the job done in a day. There were four men working on my commercial space. I appreciate the respect and the detailed explanations provided on what to expect as in pricing and services. We just completed a full remodel of our kitchen. The process from day one has been very enjoyable. The computer-based 3D design process made it very easy to envision what our new kitchen would look like. The step-by-step process they use is just how we like doing business. Andrew was very organized, thorough, and friendly. The project was completed ahead of schedule! Wow, okay so being completely honest, I was initially skeptical of Carekter since I never heard of this company before, however they did a fantastic job with my kitchen. I had several cabinets in my kitchen and bathrooms that needed replacing because of rot. The crew y’all used got the job done in less than a week which was surprising since I’m used to waiting a month or so. Good job!
