We hired Catalyst Construction for a primary bedroom remodel and we couldn’t be happier with the results and the team we worked with. Jess Jackson our project manager did a great job driving the project to completion in time for us to move back in before guests arrived for the holidays, and Jake and the rest of their crew did great work realizing our architect’s design while helping us manage costs. We’re thrilled with the results and would recommend them highly.

I really enjoyed working with my project manager, Stephanie, and my master bathroom and closet renovation looks great! We also updated two smaller bathrooms and some other minor updates throughout the house. I would use them again.

Very happy with the final result. Took longer than expected but looks great. Tile work was excellent. Some challenges but my project manager was very communicative and responsive and handled everything that came up.

We worked with Catalyst Construction over the past year on our kitchen remodel. What really stood out from the beginning is how responsive, helpful and transparent they were. Initially, we struggled to come up with our plan and the direction we wanted to go with our project. Natalie, Alex and team were extremely patient, kept coming up with solutions (and many adjusted quotes!) and really stood apart from anyone else we spoke with, which was ultimately why we decided to work with them. Our project manager Doug was great. He kept everything on track, made sure we were satisfied with the work and went above and beyond to fix anything that wasn't top notch. The subcontractors and rest of the Catalyst team working on our project were also very professional and solution oriented (Devon, UB Cabinets, etc.). We lived in our house during the project and were pleasantly surprised how quickly and smoothly the construction went. I would highly recommend Catalyst for remodeling and would use them again on a future project.

Our Project Manager, Jess, took the time to understand our needs and helped us meet our deadlines and budget—without sacrificing quality. Their client portal is incredibly user-friendly, allowing real-time updates, calendar tracking, and visibility into any scheduling changes. Just finish a bedroom and bathroom renovation with Catalyst Construction. I cannot speak highly enough about the experience we had. Jess Jackson, our project manager, worked seamlessly with her skilled craftsmen and our decorator, Beth Weldon, to create beautiful and functional rooms. Using the account they created on the BuilderTrend app, I able to monitor each day's work. The completed work is even better than I envisioned it would be. I am already planning another project for them...just don't tell my husband.

Catalyst Construction has recently completed a total renovation of a bathroom from floor to ceiling in our vacation home a 1000 miles away. We found this group incredibly responsive, creative in solving problem, and attentive to every detail of the project. Home improvement projects are difficult but especially at a distance. The two most important strengths were project management and willingness to deliver on our design concepts. The project met our personal time tables and to our tradesmen expectations. All there tradesmen were talented, hardworking and efficient. The project management kept well informed with daily updates and photos, always listening to our requests. We would certainly engage them again for other projects.

Catalyst construction did an incredible job on our master bath and closet renovation! Doug and his team were incredibly easy to work with, extremely accommodating, and delivered beyond our expectations. Our family looks forward to working with Catalyst on more home projects in the future!

We worked with Catalyst on a full kitchen renovation and had a really positive experience. Jess was our project manager and was great to work with—super responsive and kept things moving smoothly. The finished kitchen looks amazing, and we’re so happy with how it turned out. We did run into a few issues with subcontractors (probably par for the course, but it was our first major renovation so they caught us a bit off guard). That said, Catalyst always had our back. They stepped in quickly, addressed things in a timely way, and made sure everything got done right. We’d definitely recommend Catalyst (and Jess!) if you’re considering a renovation.

We had a great experience working with Catalyst Construction on our kitchen remodel! The project involved removing a wall to open up the space, updating all the electrical wiring and outlets, replacing outdated cabinets and countertops, installing new appliances, and even adding attic access—all with great attention to detail. They even respected that we needed to delay the project a month due to to unforeseen circumstances. UB Kitchens, the sub-contracted cabinet company, was fantastic to work with from start to finish. They made the selection process easy and ensured the final installation was flawless, with no dings or scratches. The designer, Joe, was incredible, the team was professional, and the overall craftsmanship was solid. One thing I really appreciated was how accommodating the team was while I worked from home during construction. They were mindful of noise levels when possible, and even with a toddler in the house at times, they made the process as smooth as it could be. While there were a few mixups that caused minor delays, the team handled them well, and we’re really happy with the end result. If you're looking for a team that does high-quality work and is easy to work with, we’d definitely recommend Catalyst Construction!

We hired Catalyst Construction to remodel our master bath in February of 2025 and couldn't be happier with the result! The entire process from the initial quote meeting through project completion was smooth. The quote/pricing was reasonable compared to others. The project manager was very communicative and diligent providing regular updates. They use the BuilderTrend website to provide project details, timelines, and photos, which was extremely helpful. We definitely recommend hiring Catalyst!

This was my first experience using professional remodeling firm and we hired Catalyst Construction to remodel a small bathroom. We selected Catalyst Construction based on reviews, images of prior work, responsiveness and a fair and detailed quote. The process was easy and communications were good. This was our first experience with remodeling a home and doing an addition, so we were very nervous about finding the right contractor. Catalyst Construction was recommended by our interior designer, and they turned out to be an excellent partner for this huge project! The project manager was professional, communicative, and accommodating throughout the duration of the work. As a mechanical engineer and former project manager myself, I was generally impressed by their attention to detail and willingness to work with us through design changes as the work progressed. The Catalyst team stayed on track and even pushed to complete final punch list items a few weeks ahead of schedule to allow our family to move in ahead of a deadline. For a project of this scale, it was exciting to see the final product start to appear after months of foundation, framing, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work. In the end, I would say that the quality of their work exceeded my expectations. Catalyst brought our vision to reality and it has been a wonderful place to call home!

Our project was complex & the work involved a new kitchen, baths, built-in cabinets, flooring, tile & painting. Going with Catalyst Construction proved to be a great choice when remodeling our guest bathroom! The team excelled in the areas of communication, follow up and craftsmanship. At the start, Angie and Jason provided a prompt, detailed estimate. Doug, the project manager, kept us apprised of the work all along the way and was responsive whenever we had questions or suggestions. The various craftspeople carried out their specific tasks well. This was our first time using a remodeling company. We needed a bathtub replaced, the tile surround, and some water-damaged drywall in a closet. We looked at several companies and then chose Catalyst Construction. Our experience was great. Doug stayed in communication on every step and their client portal that had the schedule for each step of the way and photos before, during, and on completion helped everyone stay up to date. The tile job was excellent and the painting was a simple job but done to perfection. The plumber was very helpful in answering my questions about the process. I took my first shower in it today and am very pleased with every aspect of the job. The value was what we were looking for. The other companies we looked at were much more expensive and I did not feel they would be as professional as Catalyst. I will definitely use Catalyst Construction for all of our remodeling in the future. Highly recommend.

Doing a home reno is a big project. It's incredibly helpful and reassuring when you find a contractor you trust, and can count on. Catalyst did an excellent job on my kitchen and living room. Jake & Alex are dependable and great at advising and helping you through the process. Finding contractors like them is difficult. I love their attention to detail. I love that they are easy to talk to. They are honest and friendly. They follow up and checkin to make sure you are completely satisfied. I will call them back when I am ready to finish the rest of my house.

We used Catalyst to completely remodel both bathrooms to fix issues created by our former contractor and to change out all interior doors in our house. This was our third engagement with a contractor to do major work on our house, and Catalyst was BY FAR the most professional, organized, and transparent. I was most impressed by the team's attention to detail as I had high expectations with our bathroom redos (after only five years from a previous remodel). In addition to ensuring that all work was code-compliant, I was most particular about the tile work, which included terrazzo tile flooring, and the team exceeded my expectations. If I expressed any concern about an item, it was corrected quickly. I had a challenging time locating a contractor with transparent pricing, but with Catalyst's bid, I could see - line by line - the cost associated with each item, which I appreciated. Their pricing is fair for the quality of work that is delivered. Just a couple of months after finishing our bathrooms and doors, we rehired Catalyst to do some framing/drywall/paint work for our primary bedroom closet. We plan on using Catalyst for future house projects as they are very reliable, communicative, and responsive.

We have used Catalyst Construction for 3 different home construction projects. Whether the project was large or small, they were always professional, on time, and communicative. The first project they did for us was a small remodel project - two bathroom updates. The second project was a complete house remodel, including demo, wall removal, and full kitchen replacement. The final project was a full house gut and remodel. They were always forthcoming with their progress, and in all three projects, they came in ahead of time and on budget. they were always available to us if we had a question and they were receptive when we gave critical feedback about a particular piece of work. As with any construction project, hiccups happen but they tackled and resolved all of them with see and often before we were even aware of them. Things just seamlessly came together, although we know that was only because of their diligence and hands on management of the project. They made sure that everything was done right. They also were very considerate about my requests for a few add ons as we went through the process. The results are beautiful. They do GREAT, quality work… the best finishes and attention to detail that you could ask for. Most importantly though, the Catalyst team is honest and ethical. If you’ve been around construction for any amount of time, you know that a good and honest contractor is with their weight in gold. I trust them completely to do the job right and to protect my investment. I’ve referred them to my family and friends who have echoed my feelings about the quality of their work and integrity of their business. I’d recommend them most highly to anyone who is looking to do a large or smalller scale remodel of their home.

Being a first time home owner can be scary and figuring out which providers you can trust is hard. Catalyst Construction made the process easy. Alex and his team were great. They completed projects on time, were always available for questions, and helped us with any questions we had about the work being done. Not having a lot of DIY knowledge when it comes to house projects, we needed someone who could offer ideas and suggestions. We will definitely use Catalyst Construction again after the amazing job they did re-tiling our master bathroom shower.

After meeting with a number of contractors, I finally had the pleasure of meeting Alex at Catalyst. Immediately I was pleased with his upfront honesty and willingness to help. I was a little nervous to work with a contractor initially, but Alex really helped bring ease to our minds. He suggested cost saving tips, explained everything in great detail, and had a ton of great construction knowledge that enabled the project to go smoothly. After receiving a fair bid, we ultimately decided to go with Catalyst. Throughout the entire process, Alex was transparent and communicated everything extremely well — I always felt that we were in great hands! Jake, Alex, Travis, Jason and the team were highly responsive, professional, and honest contractors. They brought in high-quality sub-contractors to complete a garage remodel and exterior update and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I had several custom requests that were troublesome, but the team spent time problem solving with me to achieve the results I was looking for. They went above and beyond to get me a new air conditioner when mine went out mid-project in the Texas July heat. Their HVAC crew was at my house until 11pm to make sure my family had AC that night! The team also went to bat for me and secured a refund for me when a vendor was extremely late with a door delivery. I would highly recommend them.
