Craig, his crew and the subcontractors he used were all very professional and quality oriented. Craig is very good at communicating deadlines and he listened to us. He and the designer, Nicole Staron, worked closely together to give us the floor plan we wanted. We were able to do our entire project, including replacing the 1890’s vintage staircase, without expanding the footprint of our house or substantially altering our existing floor plan. They are creative problem solvers which is necessary when you remodel a nineteenth century home.

We just completed a year long renovation of a 1954 “diamond in the rough”. The home had an amazing MCM skeleton but had been remodeled and added on to and wrapped in white vinyl and had lost all of its original charm. Enter Craig and the CB Premier team. Every one of them, without exception, are skilled and professional and kind and considerate. This process could have been a stressful nightmare, but Craig’s expert guidance and competency kept us calm and feeling confident that we were in very good hands. Through his many years of working in this area, he has built solid relationships with local suppliers and subcontractors and I know we benefited from that goodwill that Craig has nurtured. I cannot say enough positive things. The house turned out spectacular. The attention to detail and the quality of the work are exceptional. We’re very happy we found CB Premier.

We built our house about 10 years ago and didn’t have a great experience with our builder so when it was time to choose a contractor for our new project, we were worried about having the same issues that we had previously. We had two companies out and bid the addition we wanted to put on our house. My wife and I both knew we wanted to hire Craig from the moment we met him and explained our project. Besides being very experienced, Craig has an easy going attitude and was great at communicating with us. Throughout the entire project Craig continued to prove why we chose him over the competition. Were there hurdles and delays? Absolutely. There always is. However Craig constantly kept us updated on what was going on and when things would be happening. He always made us feel like a valued customer. If we ever do any work again we’ll use Craig and his team, no matter how long his waitlist is.

We hired CB Premier in 2018 for a large remodel of our home. Craig, his employees, & subcontractors were all great to work with. We lived in our home during the remodel and they were always respectful of that. The quality of their work was outstanding. They brought innovative ideas to the project as well as superb craftsmanship. We would definitely hire them again and highly recommended them.

It is a pleasure working with Craig and CB Premier! We engaged Craig to bring a new aesthetic to a 67 year old water view home that included numerous structural and finish challenges, and he and his team rose to every occasion. While we had design drawings prepared, Craig's team was able to bring these drawing to life, finding the level best in each elevation and offering creative and practical solutions to the inevitable problems we experienced along the way. Our team is lead by CB Premier foreman Aaron Cohen, who is by far the best craftsman we've ever met. Aaron presents a unique blend of artisanal vision and first-class carpentry to every project, and his work exceeded every expectation. We could not be more pleased and satisfied.

The first thing to mention is that their work is TOP QUALITY! The added bonus is their crew is amazing to work with. We are still in the final phase of the remodel, thus, pictures to come!

CB Premier built our 1000 sq ft covered patio for us and did a great job! Watching the patio go up was amazing! It turned out way better than we expected! Definitely better than the drawings! The crew was on time and picked up after themselves every night before leaving. Craig was always available to answer our questions when we called or texted him. We are extremely happy with CB Premier's work and will use them again!

So, we're just ending week 8 of our remodel and I wanted to take a moment to thank you CB Construction for having the best crew we could have ever have hoped for. This has turned into a huge project, through no ones fault, except perhaps the previous builder, but through it all, everyone has stayed positive, professional and very cognoscente of our budget. Your communication is timely and every single person who's shown up here- from crew to subs- has been hard working, professional and respectful. We still have a long way to go, but we're very grateful we found you and can't wait to get in our new kitchen so I can invite you all for a celebration!

Craig and his crew have done a great job with my clients. The workmanship has been excellent, their collaborative approach between trades and meeting expectations has been refreshing. As I write this, our project is nearing completion. As with most remodels, ours turned out to be much bigger, more complicated and more expensive than we'd anticipated. Much of that was due to decisions we made to make this the dream house we always wanted. It started out as badly needed new siding, windows and driveway and will end as a tired 1977 house transformed into a beautiful piece of modern architecture with purposeful mid-century influence. Craig has worked hand-in-hand with our designer, Christine Coder, to make sure our home is everything we want it to be. And his crew? They've become like family. They are respectful to us and to our home (we're living in the basement) and pride in their work is evident every day. They come to work on time and sometimes stay late. All of the craftsmanship, from custom tile work to the built-in cabinetry is first rate. Particular props go to Aaron, our project foreman, and Jack, who's skills are unmatched. Craig hand picks his subs to ensure quality work and high value. Each of them has been as respectful and quality oriented as his full-time crew. Craig is approachable and engaged in the project, returns calls and emails promptly. When we met him the first time, he told us he wants to build relationships with clients that become friendships when the project is completed. After several months, we fully expect that will be the case.

I can highly recommend C B Premier Construction. They did a complicated bathroom and master bedroom remodel for us. Craig Burling, owner, is very knowledgeable in all the trades. He did a gorgeous job installing the glass and porcelain tile in our bathroom himself. People rave about the great job. I appreciate the thought that Craig puts in each aspect of a job.

Craig Burling of CB Premier captured our attention when he walked through our home prior to the remodel and enthusiastically shared very astute observations and posed intelligent, innovative ways to overcome obstacles to our vision for the home. He was extremely enjoyable to work with and he demonstrated a solid knowledge of construction unique for someone of his relatively young age as he literally grew up in the construction; his father is also a contractor. He's a seasoned and solid professional who stays very current with construction trends and practices. He is hardworking and reliable.

CB Premier Construction was a referral by our design consultant, SVC Interiors. We knew we would hire Craig in our first phone contact with him - he was super personable and we could tell he was a "relationship guy" - someone we could get to know and appreciate. We are very proud to now call him our friend. The entire team with CB was incredibly talented and ultimate professionals, but super down-to-earth, great guys. Although we moved out of the house into our motor home over the 4 1/2 month project, we did hang around quite a bit - something that never bothered Craig or his team. We did a total remodel of our 1700 sf. 1979 rambler style home that we have lived in for 30 years. We had significant issues with our existing flat roof, skylights, and concrete slab, which had caused sloping and damage to walls and ceilings. A new pitched roof was installed and the entire floor of the home was corrected and re-leveled with new concrete. We moved our front door/entry to add a walk-in closet in the master, knocked down a load-bearing wall to create an open concept in our kitchen, living, and dining rooms, blasted out a bedroom closet to create a gorgeous new shower and master bath, scraped popcorn ceilings, replaced damaged sheetrock, installed hardwoods and custom made cabinetry throughout, created more pantry and much needed storage space. All windows were trimmed out, doors replaced, closets re-purposed, electrical and lighting completed indoors and out, beams wrapped and stained, as well as new insulation. Both baths were totally remodeled with new tile, laminate surfaces, glass/mirrors, and heated flooring. Our kitchen was transformed from an 80's vibe to a bright and beautiful creative space. Our new kitchen office replaced the former dining area and new living areas were created in the family and living rooms to better define our space. CB's expertise and total mastery of their craft is evident throughout our beautiful new home - we are so in love with it and would highly recommend Craig and his team!

CB Premier Construction recently completed a beautiful year-long renovation at our house in Bellingham. We were very pleased with their high-quality workmanship, dependability and professionalism.
