CBW Windows and Doors

I love love love my CBW door . I have the slab door in walnut in black metal frame . It matches the rest of my black windows . My installers made mistake on the trim and Sam sent me not only the part but also the rest of the extra trim that was not part of the job to fill in the height difference on the threshold in the front . They were responsive . I personally went to pick up the door they took very good care of the door loaded my truck . The door speaks for its self I’ve had professional remodelers say that’s the best door they ever saw .

CBW stands behind its product, and I recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful high quality modern looking door. Sam, Will, and the rest of the team are a-ok to me!

Unprofessional from the get go. The first sales person (Savanah) got the entire order wrong the first time around. Next, I worked with the manager (Wil) to get my order sorted out, I paid the deposit, and he assured me the order would be sent into production right away. When I called 2 weeks later to check the status, I was informed that the order never started production at all. Finally, I worked with the owner (Sam) who also assured me he would take care of everything and deliver the door 2 weeks later. He did deliver the door as promised, but in the wrong color (Silver instead of White Powder). I've spent the last 4 weeks trying to work with them to solve the problem with no success. Every time I call it’s, Sam is out of the office, or Sam is here and will call you back--but never does. Now my client is stuck with an expensive door they hate. It’s clear that there is a lack of leadership and professionalism at CBW. For a high-priced custom door company, CBW exhibits no sense of pride in their product and customer service. purchased their door which looked beautiful for only 2 months before , the wood and frame began to warp making it so the lock can't even engage, and gaps that you can see through. Called dozens of time to have them come out and fix the problem but Sam the owner keeps trying to push the blame on someone else , first it was installers , then it was the frames then it was me for not Putting a finish on the door , it's about to be a year and they have yet to come out and fix it. Sam, the owner, of CBW, came to us in Sacramento to show us the doors and sign us up as a dealer for showing and selling them. The doors looked beautiful, he seemed enthusiastic about his product and claimed they would take care of any service issues that may arise. Two of the doors that we bought and sold have failed miserably and for the past 8 months Sam at CBW has refused to come out and fix them. On one of the doors, the wood used, has shifted and warped. CBW did say they were looking into getting a different type of wood that would perform better, but they still have yet to come out and switch it out for our client. On another door, the frame twisted and bent. The client has sent them numerous pictures per their request, and they still after many months, have refused to address it and come out and fix it. This company has been very irresponsible and unprofessional in their business practice. If anyone has any questions or needs further information about them, please don't hesitate to message me.

I found this company by chance! I have always dreamed of having a pivot door, but estimates from many manufaturers were really out of my budget. The doors are well priced compared to other manufacturers. I was almost ready to give up and just go for a regular door when i happened to see this company on the internet and to my surprise they could build me a pivot door. They are local, so very accessible if something needs to be addressed, they are very nice and accomodating and they delivered my beautiful custom door at the set time. The door is installed and looks amazing! Very happy with Emily, and Sam delivered my door in person and gave instructions to my contractor. Cannot wait for the house to be finished and the door to take the place of honor in the front of the house! I would highly recommend them!

What a fantastic experience I had with this company. I found my perfect door and they were the absolute best to deal with. Kept me updated along the way. The door is absolutely gorgeous and exactly what I was looking for. I 100% recommend.

I was looking for an affordable option to have a retaining glass wall that spans 20 feet. CBW was by far the best option. No one else came close. I will use them again.
