Home designer / CAD drafter I work with the homeowner/contractor remotely to design CAD plans necessary for construction or city permits. I have experience creating plans for remodels, additions, as well as full new construction. This includes all plans needed for the city as well, including site plans, if a survey is provided. I was hesitant to work on plans via emails, text and phone but it actually turned out to be pretty easy. Celeste is very kind and patient and knowledgeable. If you’re looking for a professional who’s easy to work with you definitely need to call her. We have worked with Celeste on two home projects so I can honestly say you’ll be pleased with her work.

Celeste did an excellent job listening to what we were wanting and was able to put it on paper. When we needed to revise our plan to accommodate our budget, she did an amazing job helping us get to our desired square footage. The communication was superb. Highly recommend her.
