My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Joel and his team did a fantastic job. I just needed new tile installed on my bathroom floor and I thought my project would be too small for them but no. He and Jason (the installer) took as much care with my project as they would with any of their larger projects. A full kitchen remodel is next and I will definitely be using them for that project. Thanks for making me feel my little project was as important as a full house remodel. Patrick

One of the best builders in Arizona. Joel Gerber is ethical, knowledgable, organize and very efficient about getting projects completed on time and on budget, He is a master builder and demands perfection in the product he delivers. If your questioning who to use for a project get a list of his subcontractors and they can tell you the real deal of any builder. Joel is an awesome person and great guy to work with, choose him for your next project and you will see why.

I have worked with Joel Gerber and Century Custom Homes LLP for over 20 years. As an east coast developer and renovator myself, I've been a stickler for detail and beautiful custom work. This company has done extensive renovations on not only my personal residence in Scottsdale, but 4 other investment properties over the last 15 years. As an agent with Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty, I also have recommended Joel and his company, without reservation, to many clients seeking a wide variety of different treatments and finishes. After 40 years in the real estate business, it is vital to me that my recommendations to clients are top notch. In addition, I think it is very important to work with professionals who are current on the latest trends and cutting edge finishes, and again, Joel is a 10+ in that category. I would highly recommend this company for both new builds and renovations!
