I had worked with Jason Faulkner and Craig Davisson of Studio 9 before they formed Studio 9. At Studio 9, they were the lead architect for 220 Riverside, a very successful mixed-use urban project in Jacksonville, Florida. The relationship between an Owner/Developer and their architect is crucial for the successful execution of a project. Jason, Craig and Jim Frey are very hands-on throughout the entire process from initial visioning and conceptual planning through construction and delivery. Their customer service, responsiveness and attention always made us feel like we were one of their most important clients.
