studio9 began the project with an existing mid century home that was partially renovated and improved in a sophisticated and contempororay manner. The final phase included an entire waterside expansion with movable glass walls, outdoor kitchen, saltwater pool, terrace, hardscape and pool house.

As an artist with a background in architecture, the owner had a high level of involvement with studio9 that culminted and expanded design solutions beyond convetional, regional architecture.
